In the evening, retire to one of two bedrooms; both rooms are bright, neat and carpeted, with the first hosting a plush double and the second a twin.
Each offers plenty of storage for your belongings and wonderful views out over the Cheviot Hills for you to wake up to.
Completing the interior is a bathroom, home to a bath and hand-held shower, perfect for a relaxing soak as you indulge in a good book.

Great spot to stay, Has all you need for your stay.
Very clean and tidy, good comfortable beds.
Unfortunately had problem with heating too hot made for a very uncomfortable stay.
The shower over bath was just a push on tap affair with no where to hook it up. The furniture abit tired to be honest. The kitchen very dated but well-equipped. Staff very friendly and property was spotless
The quality of the accommodation and the surroundings were outstanding, and the provision of equipment etc was fine.
I have one important reservation / suggestion. I am slightly disabled due to major cancer surgery on my ribs and back. As such it would have been great to have a proper overhead shower or separate shower unit. (My one attempt to us bath was almost a disaster. Thanks.

A full inspection of your accommodation will have been carried out prior to your stay; however, we ask all guests upon arrival to check the property; any areas of concern should be brought to our attention as soon as possible. It’s our wish that your stay with us should be just perfect.
Accidental damage/breakages do unfortunately happen, please report to us as soon as possible, but always prior to departure. We will assess the situation and aim to reach an amicable agreement; guests may be responsible for the cost of replacing them on a like for like basis (replacing with new items).
From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at 42GBP per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis.
