  • "We had a wonderful stay."

    The cottage is well maintained, clean and homely. The kitchen was well resourced which meant we could have a cosy meal in. The bedding and towels were immaculately clean with additional blankets if needed. The handwritten card, wine and goat haribos were a lovely little surprise and hugely appreciated. Thank you! The addition of the games room and country pub was great and meant we could stay on the property in the evening and still have entertainment. The helpful Green folder which outlined the local area, shops, visitor attractions and pub/restaurants was really helpful. We are already discussing when we will return! Thank you for a great stay! We will recommend your cottages to our friends.

  • "Hi in general we were pleased with the property however, we arrived after 3pm there was no one on reception or on sight to help find our accommodation until a man turned up & phoned a member of staff to show us our cottage ."

    The cottage was lovely & clean & facilities good but the king size bed was rock hard unable to sleep on it luckily there were only 2 of us so we made use of the 2 single beds in the second bedroom which were much more comfortable.Unfortunately not a cottage for us as we are elderly but I’m sure other families would enjoy.

  • "Thoroughly enjoyable stay, albeit only 3 nights."

    Cottage well maintained and spotless. Probably bit more private with being corner one so not overlooked with passers-by and cars. Ideally situated for local places of interest. Will definitely recommend and certainly will stay again.

    25, 14 - 18th July. Great accomodation, lovely quiet location, good facilities and the grounds were neat, tidy and attractive. The Management were really helpful with any questions or queries. Really good value. Thanks for the wine.

  • "Shower leaked nothing in info book about stoptap we found it reported and new shower fitted in less than 12 hours speedy and efficient."

    One problem on arrival could not find lavender cottage how about a name plate over door thru wall. also safety rail either in shower or wall outside shower would assist greatly. really enjoyed our stay many thanks, especially to mantainence man for shower repair.
