Warm cottage good access & well kept.
The accommodation was ideal and fully equipped with all that we needed.
Beautiful quiet location. The only slight complaint was that the single bed had seen better days, was a bit squeaky, and for me not comfortable. Fortunately there was a spare bed which was better.
Lovely, quiet location, easy to reach Borders as well as Northumberland attractions.
Quality bed linen and towels. Tasteful decor and classic furniture. Would definitely recommend this property. Good bottle of wine to welcome us. Useful information in their folder. PS (Not to included in published ) Vanity unit needs upgrading and maybe creating more space in front of the WC.

A full inspection of your accommodation will have been carried out prior to your stay; however, we ask all guests upon arrival to check the property; any areas of concern should be brought to our attention as soon as possible. It’s our wish that your stay with us should be just perfect.
Accidental damage/breakages do unfortunately happen, please report to us as soon as possible, but always prior to departure. We will assess the situation and aim to reach an amicable agreement; guests may be responsible for the cost of replacing them on a like for like basis (replacing with new items).
From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at 42GBP per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis.
