"A lovely place with very comfortable beds but this could be a great place with a few issues fixed."
1 replace downstairs showerhead as it leaks from the corners so water if flowing over the corners and not throught the showerhead and it pulls away from the wall easily. We didnt use the upstairs shower so cant comment on that one 2 replace dining table and chairs as the table size doesnt suit the space and the chairs do not fit easiy under the table because of the table base 3 when I booked the listing incuded a dishwasher but there is no dishwasher in the Dance Hall rental so this needs to be removed from the listing 4 replace the washer with a washer & dryer machine so you dont have wet laundry hanging around the room, trying to get dry (drying rack in closet) 5 add a curtain or blind to the top highlight window over the door as it was very hot when the sun was blazing through that window during our May visit but this did make a good place to put your wet laundry 6 there was no washing sponge/brush or dish rack and these were provided the same day, when I contacted the rental supervisor (thank you) 7 flooring is a tripping issue in some places as its starting to lift. Upstairs the flooring feels spongy when you walk in it 8 be careful of the metal strip in front of the door as I tripped on this and ended up with fractured ribs from the fall 9 replace the knives with sharper knives 10 finally, install some powerpoints along the wall where you have the dining table because these no place for you to setup your computer/s to work. We ended up using the kitchen bench but there are no bar stools so had to stand when working Overall a good place but its missing the mark by either not taking on feedback or not giving it a critical eye to make it better cheers

"Great holiday home in a silent side road in the center of Keith - walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket, distilleries etc."
The house was great, looked like freshly renovated. A really cozy home, offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfotable living /room. Really lovely and recommended when visitinmg the Speyside.

"Loved staying in the quint town of Keith."
Lovely local shops and busy streets. The dancehall that we stayed was really comfortable and modern. Unfortunately we stayed during a hot spell in September and no air conditioning or windows on the second floor made it tough to get rest. Bathrooms, kitchen & living spaces were very well kept and freshly decorated.

"Lovely apartment good location, only one thing I would say I nearly never booked it as the cancellation policy was restrictive."
As a business traveller some times things change. Mostly they don’t, however for this reason I look at hotels as you don’t lose all your money if you cancel.

KEITH
Dufftown 11 miles; Aberdeen 49 miles; Inverness 55 miles
The small market town of Keith in the north east of Scotland is situated about mid way between the city of Aberdeen to the east and the city of Inverness to the west. Keith is truly in the heart of the Speyside Malt Whisky Country with its many distilleries and visitor centres. The friendly town boasts good facilities with a selection of shops, hotels and restaurants and also has its own 18 hole golf course and three tennis courts! Keith is home to the original Kilt School of Scotland, the only one of its kind where traditional kilt making skills can still be seen today. The area is not only rich in distilleries but also in castles and the ruins of Balvenie Castle near Dufftown are well worth a visit as the castle has hosted guests such as Mary Queen of Scots and Edward 1.
