"A very comfortable cottage with everything you need."
"A beautiful property extremely clean and a pleasure to stay at."
The house is in a great location. In particular we enjoy having breakfast on the bedroom balcony This was our sixth stay and we’re looking forward to returning again soon.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, and looking forward to your return! Property Owner
"Lovely property 5 mins walk from centre/beach."
Very clean and helpful owner.
Thank you so much for your review, and glad you enjoyed your stay . Do hope you can come back for a return visit to Angorfa. All the best. Property Owner
"Enjoyed a weeks stay in September so much already booked for 2weeks next ..."
Enjoyed a weeks stay in September so much already booked for 2weeks next year This is a great cottage ,well equipped, very clean, great outside space and location As silly as it sounds the only thing we could possibly moan about is probably the bath towels could do with some large quality bath sheets
"Lovely spacious cottage in beautiful Beaumaris."
Angorfa was very well equipped with everything you could need, even dog beds, bowls and treats! The human beds and furniture were extremely comfortable and the sofas were spotless considering it's a dog friendly property. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the beautiful enclosed garden with the patio area being a suntrap. Just a couple of things that I think would have enhanced our stay, the shower attachment in the bathroom does need fixing, there was a note from the owner acknowledging this, and we would have liked better quality bath towels. These minor issues didn't detract from us having a lovely holiday. Highly recommend the Bullshead for lunchtime or evening great quality pub grub and the Indian takaway Sarissa's.
Thank you for review and feedback, and lovely to hear you enjoyed your stay in Angorfa. Apologies for inconvenience of no hand held shower attachment by bath. (We have had a plumber attend to fix, but unfortunately whole bath requires removal for this, so we have currently removed this attachment temporarily , until issue can be resolved.) Property Owner
Everything anyone would need for their stay. Only one problem was parking which we managed to overcome each day.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback, so pleased you loved Angorfa. Parking is a challenge everywhere in Beaumaris, but a space can usually be found close to the cottage. Property Owner
"Beautiful cottage - loved the cosy snug with a log burner for night-time and the bright sunny lounge looking out on the garden to relax in the day."
Loved the balcony with a view of the mountains and the sound of the seagulls in the morning. Owners were very helpful when I lost the key (found it, phew!) and there was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived. Only problem was the parking but sadly that now applies to the whole of Beaumaris.
"Perfect location, superb cosy cottage."

"Cannot fault this cottage."
Much larger inside than the photos can show, rooms are furnished beautifully, with everything you could need. There was even a lovely welcome pack & doggie treats. The garden is a good size, lovely for relaxing in & totally secure for the dog. Location is ideal for walking into Beaumaris & for driving to explore Anglesey.

"A very well equipped house with all our needs catered for as a family of 6 with a dog."
The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and plenty of room for us all. Large garden great for kids and dog to play out in safely. Perfect!
"A lovely cottage with a great garden and huge master bedroom."
The owners were lovely and even made the travel cot up for us in the room before we arrived. Great new Graco high chair with tray too. Just a stroll down to Beaumaris with its shops, pubs and restaurants.
Very well equipped. Good location. We had a lovely peaceful stay.

About the location
Menai Bridge 4 miles.
Beaumaris is a well known historic town on the Isle of Anglesey situated on the Menai Strait and overlooking the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountain range, making for the most stunning of sunrises. With its medieval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse, it is also known as a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris is rich in history and retains much of its medieval street pattern. It’s setting, diversity of architectural styles and periods, differing scale, open spaces, varying roofs and overall quality contribute greatly to the town’s character. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and public houses, as well as fishing opportunities and boat trips in the town, plus a golf course nearby. Along the coast is a large bay called Red Wharf Bay; its Welsh name is Traeth Coch (Red Beach) and the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and at low tide, almost 25 square kilometres (10 sq. mi.) of sand is uncovered providing safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. Further afield is the port of Holyhead, which has regular ferry links to Dublin. Beaumaris is a good central base for touring Wales, in a beautiful location on the south coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, within easy reach of the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
