"We really enjoyed our stay at Cartref, though the weather was cold the house was lovely and warm."
It has everything, and it is well laid out with easy instructions for all applicances etc. We were able to simply get on with enjoying our holiday. It seems like it has been recently refurbished as everything was new and modern. The owners were very helpful and could be contacted easily.

"What a wonderful half-term holiday!"
We are very fond of Anglesey but this was our first trip to Benllech. Cartref gave us great views of the ever-changing skies over the sea and was very handy for getting down to the beach. The house was incredibly well equipped with plenty pots, board games and TVs, so we enjoyed staying in on the rainy days. Everyone was thrilled with the luxurious decor and standard of cleanliness throughout the property, making it feel like a really special holiday. Many thanks to the owners who clearly work very hard to provide a high quality holiday home and a wonderful experience. We'd love to stay with you again!

This property is immaculately presented with every need catered for. The attention to detail is the best we've experienced with Paul and Scott making sure your holiday is trouble free. They go to a lot of trouble to make sure your arrival is perfect too, with a fabulous welcome pack full of local produce, fresh flowers and wine. We cannot fault this property and will definitely return in the near future.

Worthy of having 5 stars. Lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. Close to the beach, coastal path and town with good restasurants and cafes. When the tide is out it is possible to walk along the beach to Red Whard Bay.

"Beautiful spotlessly clean bungalow, only minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes to shops cafes, bars etc ."
Amazing welcome pack with wine crackers biscuits, milk butter tea coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely walk along Benlech beach to red wharf bay . Only one thing that could have made the stay even better, would be a gate at the side of the house, as we stayed with a 2 year old and needed to be in the garden at all times with her , but this did not distract from a wonderful stay

"What an absolutely first class property!"
We enjoyed every single moment of our stay and had everything we could have asked for. It was our first holiday together with Grandchildren and their parents, and it couldn't have been better. The double beds were a little smaller than we are used to, but that's just nitpicking, our 8 year old Granddaughter couldn't believe she had her own beautiful room, expecting to share with her 6 year old brother, Ha Ha! And he was delighted to be sharing with his Mum and our son. The location is just perfect, and as the weather behaved mostly, we were able to pop to the gorgeous beach, 5 minutes walk away, once any clouds parted for the sunshine, or indeed pop back 'home' again in a jiffy if the weather changed, brilliant! Off road parking for two cars was just ideal for us as well as we travelled separately, and it was obvious that parking near to the beach is limited other than the Pay and Display car parks. Bonus! Sorry we didn't have time to leave a review in the Comments book at Cartref though, we were too busy having fun. Many thanks to the owners and their team for providing us with the most perfect and memorable bungalow to spend our first full holiday together as a family. The memories made are simply priceless.

"Cartref was everthing that we had expected and more besides!"
.As equipment goes there was nothing else that we needed and we felt that Scott and Paul had put much thought into the matching decor and everthing else' It was absolutely spotless when we arrived,and like to think it was the same when we left on Saturday. We did have some rain,and had the veranda outside the kitchen had a roof covering to add the heater provided,we would have been able to use it more. Just a small point.!!.

It is really well equipped, and the provision of beach towels as well as house towels was a real bonus as it saved space in our car. The owners contacted us in advance to let us have extra information, and they were friendly and helpful in all their communication with us.

"We (2 adults 2 x children and a 10 month old baby) had an amazing time at this property (we even got great weather!"
!) . We were there for a week and we have nothing but praise for this rental. The location was perfect to enable us to walk down to the beach in 5 minutes. The house was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The owners obviously listen to reviews given and care about the people staying here as was nothing that wasnt provided to ensure that we didnt want for anything. I have stayed in rented properties on numerous occasions previously and i can honestly say this is the best property i have been to. Thankyou so much. I would definitely return.

It is superbly fitted out and extremely comfortable. The location is very good with sea views, shops and eateries within walking distance. The one small problem we had with a difficult closing window was dealt with immediately. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was just that and had been thoughtfully out. We couldn’t fault anything except the rather wet and windy weather.

Situated in a quiet residential part of Benllech, a popular coastal village in Anglesey, is Cartref - a fabulous three-bedroom detached holiday home, set over a single storey.
Offering expansive sea views and a convenient location, within a 5-minute walk of the beach and an array of amenities, the property enjoys modern open-plan living, flexible sleeping arrangements and a large open lawned garden.
The property welcomes up to six guests and is perfect for families or couples.
Regrettably, the property is unsuitable for pets, groups, or events.
Park up on the private driveway before stepping into the property, arriving at the stylish living space, where you can prepare your meals and keep on top of your washing, dine as a group, and relax in front of the electric fire taking in the views across the Irish Sea to the Great Orme and the horizon beyond.
Celebrate your getaway on the rear patio, under the external heater if necessary, or take advantage of the welcome hamper, supplying both tea and coffee, providing the ideal setting to unwind and take in the fresh sea air, before returning indoors to refresh in the sleek bathroom or en-suite.

BENLLECH
Red Wharf Bay 2.5 miles.
Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
