"Enjoyed our stay here and the accommodation was exactly as what was listed."
Our only criticisms are that there was no where to hang coats up or any airer to put wet clothes on. We would definitely stay here again though.
Thank you very much I'll take that on board I have a drying room in mind for the new year , thanks for staying with us regards Ian Property Owner

"The Cottage is in a great location in wales to plan trips out."
"Tasty huge Barabrith cake on arrival and free range eggs kept us going all week."
Very friendly owner. The lon las Ogwen cycle/ walking trail on the doorstep gives easy access to the coast at Bangor and up to Bethesda and the Snowdonia mountains inland. Deeper soup/ cereal bowls would be appreciated.

"Nice holiday after the lock down."
Cottage was ok for a week owners were very nice and even the weather was better than expected.
"The holiday was fantastic, great location, lovely host."
Only problem with the entire holiday was how many emails I received from Sykes, it was rediculous, sometimes multiple daily, so much spam. No problem with the cottage did not enjoy the Sykes junk mail bombardment though.
"Lovely and welcoming hosts."
Very informative and helpful!
"Ian and Mandy where excellent hosts who were waiting for us in arrival."
We had a quick tour of the lodge and a fresh cake was made for us, we were also told that there door is just round the corner If we need them and they were only a text message away. Lovely lodge, Great Hosts

"Warm friendly greeting on arrival from the owner; on hand if we needed anything."
Lovely quiet location; good base for Snowdonia walks (e.g.Llyn Ogwen, Snowdon Ranger, Capel Curig all within 1/2 hr drive). Note for renters: no mobile phone reception inside the cottage (on Virgin network at least); however, wifi excellent so able to make calls via WhatsApp etc.

"Friendly helpful welcome."
Lovely homemade cake on arrival.
"We were happy with the cottage."
We had a friendly welcome from Ian the owner, who showed us around, and told us to call him if there was anything we needed. The cottage was comfy for two. It was in easy reach of all the areas in Snowdonia. We found it a good base for a weeks holiday walking in Snowdonia. Hopefully we will return one day.
"Clean, comfy, easy, good communications and met on arrival."
I just needed a couple of days peaceful relaxation and I got exactly that. All good.
"Stayed here with my Boyfriend as it was a surprise for his birthday and what a beautiful location amazing views and great country walks."
also Ian was very welcoming when we arrived and welcomed us with a Welsh malt bread which was home made and gorgeous Only complaint or criticism was the extracts fans were full of dust and dirt and could do with cleaning other than that I would definitely stay again
"Just returned from this great holiday let."
Ian & Mandy are the perfect hosts with the most beautiful homemade barbarith waiting for us. Even the hens came to greet us and laid some eggs for us too. The accomodation is warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Parking is great ( important to me with limited mobility). The location is great, with good roads for exploring or revisiting Anglesey and North Wales. Autumn in Wales was perfect for us. Can highly recommend this holiday let. We are returning September 2019 and hoping to fit in a visit early 2019. Just love this place!!!
"Cottage was in a perfect location."
Wonderful hospitality from hosts!
"We had a fabulous holiday the cottage was of a high standard and the owner was very helpful."
It is a great location for touring North Wales and we particularly enjoyed our visit to Snowdon and South Stack. The owner had baked us a Barabrith which was scrumptious we could not of asked for anything more from our holiday. Parking in North Wales when we were out and about was exceptionally cheap. An all round fab holiday.
"A good base to discover North Wales"
"A good centre for visiting Anglesey and the N."
Wales coast and in a quiet setting.
"This really is a lovely place to stay!"
The landlord baked me a lovely loaf of barra brith so with after I acquired a supply of Welsh cheese I was a happy bunny. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was SO comfortable and I slept like a log. WiFi was intermittent but as a country dweller myself I'm used to that. I am disabled (I use a mobility scooter and walking sticks) and found access very easy. The wet room is very good but it doesn't have a shower seat which is OK for me but a wheelchair user might find that difficult. Apart from that this is a great place for people with limited mobility. Well recommended.
"All perfect, Mr Jones very pleasant and the cotagge has the basics."
It just need to have wifi
"Everything was as described and the owner made us a Bara Brith cake giving us a warm welcome."
A great base for visiting Snowdonia, Anglesey & North Wales. Only one drawback was the lack of a window in the kitchen.
"Comfortable and relaxing accommodation, warm welcome and location is very good for touring the area."
"A clothes horse or some where to hang towels after a shower, or for coats after coming in out of the rain would have been good."
"Holiday was fantastic, owner was very welcoming, and friendly, will consider of returning sometime in the future."
"Very friendly and helpful owner."

"The barn conversion was very warm and comfortable - just perfect for the two of us."
We were greeted by a very friendly and informative owner who was also a very good cook. All the major attractions are within driving distance. We had a wonderful break and would definitely recommend the barn as a perfect place to base yourself.
