The property very clean and comfortable and nice welcome pack . The views from the decking are fabulous Very peaceful and close walks to two beaches and the coastal path Could spend hours watching the birds rabbits and pheasants in the garden. and ships sailing from Holyhead We did have a problem during our stay but this was sorted very quickly by the owner making sure it did not effect our stay. Already booked again for next year

Fantastic location for walks to the beaches. Enclosed, spacious garden fantastic for the dog. Owner very attentive and sorted a problem with the back door immediately. Wonderful area with great coastal activities (loved Coasteering with Anglesey Adventutes)and great pubs, including the Black Lion, White Eagle at Roscolyn and pop up cafe at the Lakeside.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed that there was no hot tub at the property. Unfortunately, we were made aware the hot tub had been removed in the previous month but due to an administrative error, this was not updated for the time of your booking. All mentions of the hot tub have since been removed from the description. Property Owner

The only thing we could think of to improve would have been a sun shade or umbrella on the decking, as we were lucky enough to have scorching weather.

Cottage is in a beautiful area where you can go on gorgeous walks right from the cottage to the coastal paths and lovely bays as well as Church Bay. So peaceful and relaxing.

  • "As soon as you walked through the door at Harbour lights you knew it was going to be amazing, we were met by a lovely clean home which smelt fresh and ready to receive us."

The view as you stepped into the living space went straight beyond the garden across the sea to Holyhead, and beyond, we spent most of our holiday ,when at the cottage ,sitting on the decking looking out. Harbour lights is well portioned two good doubles and a nice single, a large seating area with wood burner and a very well equipped kitchen, lots of pans, even a cheese grater. Location is great for those into walking, the coastal path is just a field away as are two lovely beaches, and I have to mention the cream tea from the Wavecrest cafe which is a 5 minute walk away. We had amazing weather so we used the bbq and spent a lot of time in the garden, our dog was in heaven and we didn’t have to worry about her as the garden was secure. Would stay again in a heart beat, am already looking for the next opportunity.

The place was spotless and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed the place and so did our dog, she loved chilling on the decking, keeping an eye on everything and having a really big enclosed garden to wander. Would definitely return and recommend, thanks Chris and Michelle

  • "This is a lovely cottage in an excellent location."

Sitting on the terrace in the sunshine admiring the sea view was very relaxing. The cottage is well catered with pretty much everything you need provided. A problem with the electrics on arrival was dealt with very quickly after we contacted the owner. If I was to provide suggestions for improvement (to make it even better) we found the beds a bit short, and the wet room would benefit from something to stand on after having a shower, to get away from the wet floor! But these were minor niggles and we would definitely recommend a stay in this cottage.

  • "The location is excellent - and the cottage is really lovely."

there were a few issues with the level of cleanliness, light bulbs that needed replacing, the electric tripping a couple of times, some areas could do with some maintenance work, (outdoor bolts on gates etc) It was great to be able to use the hot tub every day and the sauna was a real bonus - overall well worth the money!

  • "This was my second time at harbour lights, even the severe gales did not impact."

The views are fantastic and the costal path close (when not too windy). The hot tub and sauna means you can have relaxing times without leaving the cottage. The Lobster pot is great and within walking distance and the Sea Shanty at Trearddur Bay is a short drive, it is dog friendly until 17:00 and the food is fabulous.

It would be nice to have a small welcome pack and to let future guests know there is no Hair dryer supplied, had to go out and buy one for the wife ! But don't let these few faults stop you booking this little Gem,would advise taking Binoculars or Telescope as there are lovely views from the garden and lots of bird life, great walks on the coastal path and lovely beaches close by.Would recommend and definitely book again but would be very disappointed if the issues i have mentioned had not been sorted.
