the owners are so friendly and were very helpful when we needed help with the dishwasher. The area is quiet. The property itself is beautifully decorated and equipped, cant fault anything inside. The garden was lovely and secluded for us and the dog A thouroughly enjoyable stay.

had lovely scones cream jam, also fresh eggs left for us think this was a really nice touch. You will need a car for this property as it is secluded which was fine for us as we dont mind travelling, highly recommended and would visit again. Thank you

The apartment came equipped with everything you could need and was spotlessly clean and well presented. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more from a holiday get away.

  • "A wonderful little cottage so well equipped and comfortable."

We had everything we needed and the cottage was spotlessly clean. A real bonus having a secluded garden & BBQ. The Owners were discreet yet friendly and helpful, supplying fresh vegetables and fruit. The welcome gift of home made scones, jam, cream and eggs was so kind and thoughtful. We would love to come to Primrose End again one day. Val & Kelvan Finch July 2021.

Julie and Andrew made us feel very welcome and nothing to much trouble. Cottage very clean and well fitted out, and lovely touches of games to play books to read and jigsaw, with a welcoming cream tea and milk in fridge and fresh free range eggs ready and waiting. Had a fantastic time would love to return.

  • "Although the cottage was clean unfortunately the dishwasher was not clean on opening the door the inside panels by the side of the door was filthy."

Dinner plates (2) were dirty completely unwashed and greasy.l also the shelf the plates were on was dirty from the unwashed plates The inside detergent drawer of the washer was also filthy. Dirt spots on the area near the sink. Also chipped cup, bowls and plates. All reported by text to owner who offered to come and clean shelves and repaint the back of the sink (not needed as already cleaned shelf and washed plates). Owner said they would come and take away chipped pots but didn’t collect them. At a time of Covid this doesn’t look good. Also the cottage was quite expensive.

Thank you for your feed-back. Firstly I can only apologise that you didn't get the experience you wanted from Primrose End. We have taken on board your feedback and have totally repainted the wall where the three spots of stain were above the sink. We have also totally replaced the crockery set with the three chipped items. We will add to our already stringent COVID cleaning checklist, the checking of all individual crockery and weekly cleaning weekly of the washing machine drawer and sides of the dishwasher, although I would like to point out that these were all brand new a few weeks ago. With regards to collecting the 3 chipped items from the property, looking back on the texts between us it would seem we have had miscommunication as I believed that due to the COVID situation they would be left out for me once you had vacated at the end of your stay. Many thanks. Property Owner
