"This is the 4th time I have stayed at this apartment, and the new owners have really turned it into a very comfortable and welcoming accommodation."
Car parking at the front of the building was amazing and very handy, and the apartment kitchen and facilities are top notch. The view over Fistral is breathtaking, and I would highly recommend anybody looking to visit Cornwall to stay here.
"Great location ,second time we stayed here, beautiful apartment ."
Will be back again.
"Had a fabulous weeks stay here towards the end of May."
Excellent apartment in a great location and had everything we needed. The sun loungers on the patio (which is a great suntrap) were a lovely surprise, lots of sunbathing done! The balcony was larger than expected and was great for just chilling and watching surfers, people and the sunset. Great walks nearby and Newquay itself only about a 20 minute walk away, no need to get the car out at all once parked! Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from, particular favourites of ours were the Sea Spray café and the Graze Tapas Wine Bar, both with very friendly staff and serving excellent food. Fallen in love with this bit of Cornwall and we hope to be back soon!
"Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, everything you need is provided and the welcome pack was so thoughtful."
View's are amazing from the balcony and the terrace at the back is a great suntrap . Have booked again.
"Lovely apartment with eveything you need and off street parking."
great location for beach . seagull droppings on balcony and bi-fold doors were a bit off putting though
Thank you for your kind comments. we are happy to hear you found everything you needed in our apartment. Seagulls can be particularly active at times, and although out of our control, we can confirm that the balcony and windows at the property are cleaned on a regular basis. In regard to the bi-fold doors, these can be opened as a single door half way, or fully open. Thank you again for your feedback. Property Owner
"A stunning apartment with the most amazing view of Fistral Beach."
The underfloor heating, comfy bed and quality equipment together with the personal touch gives it a real home from home feel. An ideal location for walks around the Headland to Towan Beach or for just exploring Cornwall. Definitely worth another visit!
"Great location, loved watching the surfers, everything you can possibly need for an enjoyable stay, couldn’t find any faults, wouldn’t hesitate to return."
"We had a wonderful time away such lovely views of the fistral beach."
Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. I do agree with the other reviews the bed is too soft but that’s me being super picky it was a lovely stay and we will definitely be booking again.
Hi Verity, Thank you for the lovely feedback. We are pleased to say that we have a new bed being delivered next week. We will look forward to welcoming you again at 3 Fistral Beach soon. Property Owner
"Nice apartment with a wonderful location."
Loved waking up and watching the surfers. Easy access to Fistral and the restaurants there. However, some of the furniture in the apartment needed updating. In the second bedroom the beds were very uncomfortable with springs digging in you, the wardrobe was falling apart and the blinds were damaged and tatty. In the living area the blinds were missing sections and the door handle for the fridge was hanging off. There also wasn’t 4 of any one type of glass, small point but when the apartment sleeps 4 I’d expect there to be 4 wine glasses etc. Overall nice apartment but I wouldn’t be rushing back unless it had all new furniture.
Thank you for your feedback. We are new Owners and not been able to access the property until now. You will be pleased to hear we are updating the furniture, replacing blinds, carpet etc. Please do keep you eyes on the website for the new photo's in the New Year. We would love to welcome you back. "Wonderful, well equipped ,clean flat."
Brilliant views, can’t fault it.
"Bed was too soft for us as we are used to a firmer mattress."
We had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.
"No3 Fistral Beach was a stunning apartment in such a great location."
Amazing view of Fistral Beach and beyond. 5 mins to the beach and 10 mins along the beach to the bar! Everything in the flat was of high quality and the welcome pack was really lovely and greatly appreciated. The addition of the private patio at the back of the flat was brilliant and very handy with the outside tap for washing down our wetsuits. You need to mention the outside shower in your description, such a brilliant feature! Would definitely return to the flat if sunshine could be guaranteed.
