"Very nice, modern holiday apartment with plenty of space for four people."
Great location (just a few minutes' walk to the city center, but don't forget that it's uphill on the way back!) and the private parking is very nice to have. Unfortunately, there were several things that spoiled the stay a little. The hand soap in the bathroom ran out the same day and toilet paper had to be bought, one already used and one full roll is very tight for 7 days for a family of four. The kitchen equipment is sufficient, but here too things had to be bought. No salt (the shaker was completely empty), no aluminum foil, no baking paper, etc., I have never had to buy anything like that myself in any other accommodation, never. Unfortunately, the pans and pots did not match the rest of the kitchen at all. They are either very, very old or have simply been poorly maintained. Some of them are not really clean, very sticky which is disgusting (I really don't want to have to clean the dirt from the last few guests, this should be checked every now and then) and the coating on some pans is completely scratched; not only does this look unsightly, it is also unhealthy when a Teflon coating is scratched; the coating can come off further when cooking and get into the food, such pans should be replaced. The bathroom window could not be opened at first. Later we found out that the window had been locked and the key had broken off, was it careless or was this intentional? Luckily we were able to open the lock again with a screwdriver, otherwise it would have been impossible to air the room. The radiator in the bathroom is leaking at the top and is rusting, so you have to be careful not to get your towels dirty. Someone left a little toolbox in the bathroom, most likely from previous maintanance. Unfortunately, the blinds in one of the bedrooms are broken and do not stay up, you cannot lock them in the open position. Smoke alarms have stickers saying that they should actually be replaced by 2022, which does not exactly inspire confidence, especially since the one in the hallway went off for no reason when someone walked past. Overall, it is not dramatic, but whoever is looking after the apartment is only doing it very superficially. It would be good to pay a little attention to the details here.

"Absolutely loved our stay in your property."

Well equipped and very clean. No complaints whatsoever, would visit again.

"A beautifully appointed apartment very near to the centre of Newquay."
The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was adequately kitted out. It was my first time in an apartment as I usually come down to Cornwall every year but with my dogs, so tend to stay in a caravan but this year my son and his partner decided to come down (it was her first time to Cornwall) so we decided on an apartment, Newquay was the obvious choice for it's central location and I'm glad we stayed where we did. Fab to have allocated parking, great location which meant they could both take themselves off for a walk around. The views from the apartment were stunning. Just perfect and thank you for allowing us to stay.

"The Lookout was perfect for our break in Newquay."
The facilities were exactly as detailed on the website. The location was great. Easy to get in and out of by car, yet close enough to walk into the town centre and to the beaches

"Well situated apartment in Newquay with great views."
A bright and sunny spacious living area. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet apartment block

"Lovely apartment."
Good access to town and Fistral beach. We liked the restaurant recommendations. Having a parking space is fabulous. Decor and appliances appeared brand new. Everything was great. Beds could have been larger. I was surprised no mattress protectors, just sheets. You tubed how to top up pressure in boiler, as one morning we had no heating. My only concern, the handle on washing machine is v stiff and flimsy. It is going to get broken off. Maybe needs some attention.
