We loved all the coastal features. Unfortunately we found the beds extremely uncomfortable, but this is a personal preference. The mattress was just too hard. We ended up leaving a day early as I just couldn’t take the pain I was in. If the beds were more comfy and the weather had been on our side it would have been the perfect Holiday
Thanks for the feedback and comments. We’re really sorry you found the beds too hard and as you say this can be a personal thing. We have however now ordered soft mattress toppers to go on the double beds to try to accommodate everyone’s tastes. It’s nice to know that you found the cottage well equipped and clean. Kind regards. It was located in a quiet corner of the holiday complex and was very comfortable. The “king-sized” beds turned out to be doubles - not a problem for us but might be a consideration for taller people, otherwise everything was good.

The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
