"Very cosy cottage, well equipped, very quiet just what we needed."
Very dog friendly. Lovely welcome from Phil. Shame about the weather. One little moan no welcome pack, no instructions for cooker etc. However we will return sometime in the future.
-

"Vose Farm was a great place to stay the disabled access bungalow as exactly as described."
The private sunny patio has beautiful views across rolling hills perfect for those days you don't want to travel far.

"We recently stayed at Elm Cottage in Cornwall and it was an absolute pleasure."
The cottage is purpose built, but it still feels like a home away from home. The owner welcomed us shortly after our arrival and made sure that everything was in order before leaving us to enjoy our stay. The cottage was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The underfloor heating kept us warm and cozy in December, and the powerful shower had plenty of hot water. The cottage was comfortable and not overlooked, so we had plenty of privacy. We had great views from the back of the cottage. The wooded outdoor area was perfect for a quick doggie leg stretch. The cottage is dog friendly, rather than just dog tolerant. The only thing that would have made it even better would be a higher rear fence in the back garden as our labradoodle was able to clear it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Elm Cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home in Cornwall.

"Elm cottage is a lovely property, clean, modern and so comfortable."
We looked forward to returning to Elm after a day at the beach to relax. Home from Home.

"Absolutely lovely property, it was perfect for us."
We didn't sit on the sunbeds much as it wasn't very warm, but it would have been nice to have some cushions for the sunbeds, maybe these would have appeared in better weather. On the whole we loved Elm Cottage. Thank you Phil and April.

"Very highly recommended."
Could not fault anything.

"We had a lovely time at Elm Cottage ."
Lovely outlook over the countryside, & the cottage itself was immaculate. All of the appliances in the cottage were of a really high standard. As we like cycling it was very nice of Phil to let us put our bikes & dog trailer in his barn. Phil welcomed us on arrival to make sure we were happy with Elm Cottage, & told us about the woodland on site which was an added bonus. We would definitely pay a return visit in the future. We cooked most nights but had a really nice meal one evening at The Hewas in Sticker a couple of miles away . Lovely welcoming pub & great food. A great weeks holiday

"We stayed in Elm Cottage in April."
The setting was superb, and a great location for touring the south Cornwall coast. Phil and April were superb hosts, very professional and friendly. We were delighted with the cottage - it had everything we needed and more, very clean and well maintained. The walks around the grounds were great for the dog and we had a brilliant stay. We ill be back.

"This is a stunning property and well looked after, has everything inside that you need."
Great location, not far from all amenities. Only issue is if you have a hyper dog, the back fence is very low and there are grazing sheep, big garden area with an awesome view. Highly recommend.

"Charming, cosy, clean, comfortable… Elm Cottage was the perfect choice for a much needed get away, the idyllic location is perfectly situated to get out and about with ease, walk or relax ‘at home’ savouring the views and everything you could possibly need during your stay is provided including a personal welcome ( in a gale !"
) from your host. Unexpected mobility issues which could possibly have forced a change of plans were catered for with ease - and the perfect excuse ( as if one were needed ! ) for a return visit …. Soon !

"Elm Cottage was in a great location, secluded yet a short drive to amenities."
It was beautiful, well furnished and exceeded our expectations. The owners were lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend!
-
"Lovely accommodation, clean, warm, cosy."
Everything you needed, and more. Only thing that I would say, if the fence at the back was a little higher, so I could let my dog out, without him jumping over the fence. But couldn’t fault the cottage
-
"Fantastic tranquil place, good facilities, very clean and beautifully furnished."
Would highly recommend.

"This is our second visit to Elm Cottage, and was as good as ever."
Very comfortable place, very quiet location apart from the occasional sheep! Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by the owner. Will be returning next year.
-
"Excellent location."
We were spoilt for choice of local places to go for days out. Major supermarkets close by. Cottage was in a beautiful area and the patio area was lovely to sit out day/evening. Well equipped cottage that exceeded our expectations. Would love to go back.

"We had a lovely stay in Elm Cottage with our small dog, Norton."
The cottage had everything we could need and was well equipped. It was warm and clean and very comfortable. We had the sun rise to the front and sun set to the rear of the cottage. Quite special. There was a lovely wooded area at the bottom of the site which we hadn't expected, which we all enjoyed. There was a good sized slabbed area with a drying line to the rear of the property and views out over the fields. If a larger dog we to stay here, guests would have to be vigilant about the dog managing to go over the back fence. However, a more substantial barrier would have spoiled the very enjoyable views. Vose Farm was well situated for our travels around this part of Cornwall. We were approximately 1 mile away from The Crown Inn, St Ewe where we had an evening meal. Our dog was made welcome. We were approx 6-8 miles from The Polgooth Inn, Polgooth which was a very busy pub (you might wish to book a table), where we and our dog were made very welcome. We had a very comfortable and happy stay at Vose Farm and have no hesitation in recommending this holiday venue.

Spacious accommodation. Ideally situated to visit South Cornwall. So nice that we have booked already to return next year!!

"Location wonderful, spotlessly clean, lovely hosts, brilliant location."
Would have liked some information on local attractions, a welcome pack eg. to make a drink upon arrival or a bottle of vino, some spare loo rolls, bin bags and maybe a bin to put your recycling as you have to walk to the bins every time. But very happy otherwise would definitely return.

"A great accessible cottage."
Spotless and so well appointed. Very tasteful, comfortable, well maintained and modern. Very well located for exploring many famous sites and those not so famous. The lovely new owners are working hard all the time to enhance the guests' experience and its a credit to them. if we return to this area again we would have no hesitation in booking again. As a bonus the sunsets and the view from the sitting room is second to none. Thank you for a great time.
