"We loved eery minute of our stay at Laharn Cottage in Killorglin."
Being in the Ring of Kerry it was so well situated to do short day trips to the beautiful Dingle Peninsula and all of its attractions. The cottage itself is very comfortable with every amenity. Situated in a rural setting it is beautifully quiet, but it is also very close to the village which has every possible thing a holiday maker could want or need. Clancy the sheepdog is an added attraction for petting if required. We would recommend Laharn Cottage highly for a wonderful stay in Ireland.

"We (2 of us) had a lovely week at Laharan Cottage."
It was very comfortable, clean, well equipped & tastefully furnished. It's within walking distance of the town of Killorglin. From the main road, there was a well-lit path all the way. Killorglin is a great base from which to explore both the Iveragh & the Dingle peninsulas. Rossbeigh Strand is terrific for long walks & is less than 15 mins drive away. Brian & Michael were very helpful hosts. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Laharn Cottage."
Brian (the owner) and brother Mike, gave us a very warm, friendly welcome, and were only too pleased to give us advice about the local area and amenities. The cottage is in a quiet location. next to a working farm, and is very tastefully furnished, comfortable and well equipped. It is walking distance into Killorglin (approx. 20-25 minutes), and well placed to explore Kerry. We were blessed with some great weather during our stay, and there is a nice private outside lawn area, with garden table and chairs, to relax in, Very good parking (and turning area) for two cars. We stayed here with friends, and all of us would book Laharn Cottage again.

"Very comfortable cottage in a lovely quiet location but still having access to amenities nearby."
The owner was friendly and quickly resolved any issues we had. The location meant that we were able to explore the surrounding beautiful area easily. Would recommend this cottage highly.

"Great cottage in a great location."
Plenty of fuel left for the multifuel stove. Close enough to town if you want to walk down for a drink and food but far enough away for the peace and quiet of the countryside

"Beautiful cottage extremely well equipped set in a tranquil rural location but with supermarkets and good range of places to shop or eat in nearby Killorglin."
Very friendly, helpful hosts. The cottage is ideally located with lovely beaches close by and perfectly situated for touring the stunningly beautiful Ring of Kerry, Dingle peninsula, Muckross House & Gardens and the Killarney National forest. Killarney town and Tralee also within easy reach as well as a number of excellent golf courses all set in breathtaking scenery. We hope to pay a return visit soon.

"Laharn cottage was perfect for our holiday, highly recommended."
-
"A great little holiday cottage for 4 people, about 20 mins walk out of Killorglin."
Nicely set out with a bedroom & bathroom at either end of the property and a kitchen/dining/living room in between. Nice garden at the front with great views and parking too. We received a warm welcome & great communication throughout. The well stocked kitchen had loads of pots and pans etc. A couple of spare pillows would have been a good addition and the TV is a bit high on the wall - but generally this is a great holiday home: we loved our stay.

We were delighted with our stay and really appreciated everything this house had to offer-all mod cons,a plentiful supply of hot water, powerful showers, wood burning stove and comfy beds guaranteeing a great night’s sleep, all set amid the scenic surroundings of Killorglin and its environs. Highly recommended.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laharn cottage."
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to visit the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. The local town had good restaurants and the cottage itself was well equipped to make our own meals as well. Brian and Mary were great hosts. We highly recommend a stay there to anyone.
-
"The cottage was very clean, practical to use, well equipped without being overloaded with stuff."
Cooking for 4 during an entire week might be a challenge with the available equipment. However, it's so easy to have dinner or lunch in a nearby pub or restaurant, that we did very limited cooking only.
-
"The Laharn Cottage is a remarkably well renovated cottage with a modern feel and everything one could possibly need in a holiday home."
The roomy central living area, with the bathrooms and bedrooms on both sides is just perfect. I wish we had booked a second week there; there's enough to see in the neighbourhood: beaches, mountains, excellent sights to see by car... Sigh!
