  • "A comfortable cottage with lots of home touches."

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Super shower. Didn't get to use the garden because of the weather.

  • "This is truly a home from home cottage."

There are lots of lovely touches everywhere: plants, bathroom toiletries etc. The box of dog toys and especially the dog biscuits went down well with our little pooch. The snug opening to the garden was perfect to put the dog bed and the comfortable upstairs perfect for us. The accommodation is warm and bright even on a rainy day and the location excellent to explore the coastal towns of Sidmouth, Beer and Lyme Regis, all within half an hour’s drive. There is a great dog walk near the river in Ottery St Mary and the local farm shop serves wonderful home made food (it is dog friend too). All in all, a lovely stay.

  • "A lovely modern cottage with all the amenities required."

Positioned in a lovely and peaceful village with lots of friendly neighbours that we got chatting to despite only being there for 2 nights. Would definitely return and recommend for a very comfortable stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted you had such a pleasant stay and experienced the charm of the village. We would love to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "We had a wonderful relaxing stay."

Quiet location. The property had all the finishing touches which made it feel cosy. Beds were really comfortable. A 20 minute drive from the lovely Sidmouth which has lots of little independent shops & a lovely beach. Wished we had booked longer didn't want to go home.

  • "The house was very well appointed and maintained."

I suspect it has only recently been rented out as only 5 reviews before ours in the guestbook. It needs to be pointed out in the particulars that is is situated on a small housing estate which may detract from a holiday feeling.

Thank you for your feedback. We would love to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "All the amenities and features are on the second floor."

The bottom floor is reserved for access to the garden and front parking spaces. The decorations and comfort level were exceptional. Being a puzzle fan, I really appreciated the long table and the kitchen was very well equipped for stay-at-home meals.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are pleased you had such a pleasant stay. We would love to welcome you back again sometime. Property Owner
