"Perfect location however on arrival had to ring the owner !"
On arrival kitchen tap leaking heavily and water from fridge all on kitchen floor - congrats to owner for getting a plumber round next day to semi fix as needs a new tap fitting. Very disappointed in the cleanliness on arrival with dust and cobwebs throughout the house plus the outside garden/patio required a brush down. Beds are lumpy and bumpy and was greeted with 13.5 tog duvets on every bed ….. winter fine but not middle of summer. Utensils in the house was very good but this house has huge potential but it is currently very tired and needs a good amount of TLC

"We really enjoyed our stay in an absolutely lovely and characterful property."
We especially enjoyed the well equiped kitchen and the large living room. We also found the outdoor area and conservatory perfect for breakfasts and evening drinks. The varnished wood on the walls does need a bit of a sand down and a couple of new coats. Also, it's probably time some of the bedroom furiture was replaced although the beds were very comfortable. Finally, the mortice lock on the front door needs replacing. It is VERY tricky to use and we spent some minutes trying to get in when we first arrived. However, none of this really affected our stay; it is a wonderful house

"Couldn't get into property initially."
Key code had been changed and we weren't told. Not a nice start to holiday. Coach House was fabulous. Lovely layout, perfect for our group of cyclists and supporters. Second gripe, sorry. No toilet roll spares, the rolls were virtually used in each bathroom when we arrived, we realised later, and ran out in 3 rooms at crutial times

"The property was outstanding."
Facilities were excellent. Unfortunately there was a few issues that prompted me to report. Thankfully these were attended to almost immediately where possible. I would seriously consider renting the property again. We had a great holiday. Mr J D Boardman
