The property

Located in the seaside town of Westward Ho!, looking out to the shore-front is this stunning light-filled duplex apartment, The Lookout, with uninterrupted views of the sea.

Suited to a small family looking for the perfect seaside adventure, or a pair of couples needing the ultimate ocean retreat, this wonderful holiday home will fit the bill.

The open-plan living space makes the most of the beautiful views to the sea with floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll have a hard time concentrating on watching the TV sat on the smart sofa and lounge chair arrangement when this incredible vista lies in front of you.

The balcony is benefited by a table and chairs where you can enjoy a spot of lunch in between activities, carefully prepared in the well-equipped kitchen space, which includes all of your holiday essentials such as a dishwasher, electric oven and gas hobs.

To the back is a dining table and chairs, as well as a breakfast bar, so in the evenings the whole family can sit around the table together to eat or play a board game, and in the mornings you can sit at the breakfast bar with a much-needed coffee.

Another balcony to the back overlooking the car park means you are guaranteed the sun all day long if you decide to have a day of staying in the apartment.

When it's time to head to sleep, move to the first floor where the bedrooms lie; a twin room is complete with two single beds and a full size cot for a little one, served by the shower room next door which is also home to the washer/dryer.

Down the hall is the double room which affords you your own private balcony facing the sea, once again with floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can roll over in the morning and face the ocean.

An en-suite bathroom is attached to this light and airy bedroom, including a bath with shower over.

The whole property encompasses the theme of the sea with blue, sand, and cream hues used throughout, echoing the shores below.

Westward Ho! is famous for its two-mile wide stretch of beach, very popular with surfers and swimmers, with a surf academy on the beach if you are new to the sport and want to give it a try.

There are a range of eateries and shops, a golf course, and even a go-kart track for some family competition!

Take a trip over to Barnstaple, within easy driving distance, for the largest town in North Devon home to the Museum of North Devon for some local history, or explore the Tarka Trail, a series of footpaths and cycle paths that follow the route in Henry Williamson's book "Tarka the Otter".

The Lookout will be a delight to stay in, waking up to sea views and having the beach on your doorstep where you can make wonderful everlasting memories with your loved ones.
