"The property was tidy but not clean."
The bath panel was falling off and one of the bedroom windows did not close. We reported this to reception and was told someone would come to fix it. No one turned up. We was only allowed 1 hour a day in the pool, which was actually only 45 minutes. This is ridiculous. We spend our whole time in the pool on holiday.
