"Thank you for a lovely stay."
The house was everything we were expecting and more. The welcome pack was fantastic and provided everything we needed to get us started. It easily accommodated our large family of 7. There was ample parking. The views are lovely and the house was very well equipped. The location is really wonderful, nice and private with lovely big gardens.

"This property was in a perfect location for us."
We are a multi generational family and it suited us all. We had days out further afield as well as 3 days in Selsey itself. The owner Jacqueline was very attentive and there were lots of thoughtful touches that we very much appreciated. We were very comfortable and warm and the views from the balcony are spectacular. We would definitely stay again. We had a few problems with the Wi-Fi but this was mentioned in the original listing and we happily sacrificed this for the stunning location. Thank you

"The property was spacious and comfortable, if a little tired in some aspects, and the proximity to the sea and the views are great."
The connection to the internet and Wi-fi was intermittent. The key to the gate for easiest access to the beach was not available during our stay.
After asking you what was a little tired, you said the outside door mat, but I explained to you there in the porch is another door mat to wipe your feet before entering the house. As to garden seat at the rear, this had been blown over in the wind and will be placed on the patio. You also said the rear garden door which opens on to the rear garden, you said does not lock from the outside, why would you want to lock it from the outside when you are in the rear garden. You mentioned the windows, all window open and close, these are plastic double glazed. This is a very comfortable luxurious house, I did not ask for a survey. Property Owner

"The Bella Vista was an ideal house in which to stay and we would love to go back in warmer weather as it a perfect location overlooking the sea and near to the village."
The owner is very nice and helpful and the house was clean and had everything that we required. She also left tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, hot cross buns and butter, which we enjoyed.

Settled along the scenic West Sussex coastline in Selsey, is this superb four-bedroom villa, Bella Vista.
Boasting a reverse-level layout and stunning sea views from the first-floor private balcony, Bella Vista is the perfect setting for a family of eight or group of friends to enjoy a beachside retreat.
Park-up on the generous private driveway with space for three cars, before being greeted by a spacious enclosed front garden, where you can sip your morning coffee and savour a peaceful moment.
Step into the property, where you will discover four well-presented bedrooms on the ground-floor, a double with en-suite shower room, two doubles and a twin, each with décor referencing the properties seaside location and ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all parties.
Continue through the property where you will find the large enclosed rear garden, where you can soak up the rest of the day's sunshine and enjoy evening drinks, and al fresco dining?
Climb the stairs to the first-floor, where you can look forward to curling up on a selection of plush seating in the sitting room, as you select the evenings entertainment courtesy of the TV.

Nearby is the West Sands FunFair which promises a fun day out for all the family, here you can treat the family to the delights of traditional fairground rides and amusements, or head to the Owls about Town Zoo, where you can meet a variety of the species with informative tours on offer.
Take the short drive to the bustling city of Chichester, well-known for its remarkable cathedral and its prominent history as a major market town throughout the Roman and Anglo-Saxon eras.
Head to the South Downs Planetarium & Science Centre where you can experience educational shows under a large dome or wander over to The Novium Museum where you can witness fascinating Roman bath house remains.
Bella Vista is a short drive from Goodwood and all the events namely Horse Races, Festival of Speed, Revival and Motor Sports, If you’re looking to catch a show, the Chichester Festival Theatre is the place to do it, seating up to audiences of 1200 and hosting an annual festival.
The RSPB at Pagham Harbour, which is within walking distance from the property and also the Medmerry Nature Reserve, ideal for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists For sandy beaches, drive to nearby Bognor Regis, where you can soak up the sun on the glorious sands, build sandcastles with the little ones and tuck-in to fresh fish and chips with the sand between your toes.
Selsey has many interesting shops and restaurants again for all tastes.There are many events that happen here including the Lifeboat and fireworks.
The fisheries which is a short walk from Bella Vista sell fresh fish, the fishing boats can be seen at sea from the house.
The Isle of Wight can be seen and is well worth a visit from Portsmouth.
Bella Vista it is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling, and visiting everything that Selsey has to offer.
