"This is the third time in a year that we have stayed at Yachtsman’s, we love it."
Fantastic home in a fantastic location. We will stay again but we have a dog so not being dog friendly is a bit if an issue for us. But when ever we can get away with out him we will always stay here. Wish I could live there .

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
The house is in an amazing location, especially for bird watchers. We found the lounge settees and the double bed to be somewhat tired and uncomfortable.

The property is in a fabulous position the views are stunning and the design of the house is great but the cleansniless was poor i reported the cooker hood was not working dirty windows inside sock snd used tissue under beds shower tiles grouting dirty and if thst had been covid cleaned i’d eat my hat
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are always keen to hear from our guests so we know how we are doing and what we may need to improve on. We sincerely apologise that the service you received did not meet the usual standards. Unfortunately, our contracted cleaners let us down last minute and we had to make alternative arrangements for that day at very short notice. Property Owner

Enjoying one of the finest positions on the Isle of Wight is this terrace holiday accommodation, boasting views over Bembridge harbour on one side and over the RSPB Bembridge Marshes Nature Reserve on the other.
Yachtsman's enjoys four floors of contemporary elegance, with a bright and airy aura throughout, offering a superb base for you and your family to explore the Eastern tip of the Isle of Wight.
Enter the property into the lobby area, where you can kick off your sandy shoes before exploring the rest of the property; this floor also plays host to a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a storage room, great for bikes and other outdoor equipment.
Head up the stairs to the first floor to find the social quarters, where a contemporary kitchen is equipped for catering delicious home-cooked dishes, by making use of the electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
Once dinner is ready, settle down at the dining table and soak up the views of the nature reserve, before sinking into the sofa and tuning into the large Smart TV.
If you are seeking a peaceful spot to enjoy the views, head to the dual aspect top floor, where you will be spoilt for choice for views as you relax into your evening with a cool beverage in hand.
During a balmy evening, open up the patio doors on this floor and soak up the views further, perfect for watching the world go by and catching glimpses of the local wildlife on the nature reserve.
Once the sun has set, make your way back down the stairs to the second-floor to find three bedrooms with outstanding views, designed to ensure a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the needs of your group.
Choose between a super-king-size bedroom, where you can look forward to waking up to the views overlooking the marshes, or two twin bedrooms, ideal for younger guests of the group or groups of friends wishing to holiday together.
Take a stroll into the bustling village of Bembridge, where you will be delighted to find independent shops, cafés and restaurants, making a great spot for touring the village’s three beaches and the white cliffs of Culver Down on the doorstep.
Choose to laze on the glorious sands on the beaches, or if you are feeling daring, try one of the watersports available, including windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking or deep-sea fishing.
Those with a palette for seafood, be sure to walk down to the marina, where you can purchase freshly caught crab and lobster, or if you fancy trying a hand at fishing, hire a boat and go fishing before taking the catch of the day back to the property to cook up a storm!
For more picturesque views, visit the National Trust owned, St Helens Duver, a relaxing space for a family picnic, rock pooling and birdwatching; you may see flocks of geese, duck and waders in the winter, whilst in the summer, you may see warblers and other small birds.
Travel further afield to find more attractions to suit a family of all ages and tastes, including the Amazon World Zoo, the Brading Roman Villa or head to the county town of Newport, where you will find a larger selection of amenities and attractions including the medieval Carisbrooke Castle.
Yachtsman's is the ideal base for that much needed time away with loved ones.
About the location
BEMBRIDGE
Ryde 7 miles; Newport 11 miles; Cowes 16 miles; Yarmouth 20 miles.
Bembridge sits on the most eastern point of the Isle of Wight, and it is claimed to be the biggest village in England. Bembridge used to be an island in its own right, and until the Victorian era, was a collection of wooden huts and farmhouses, hence Bembridge remains somewhat detached from the rest of the island even today, which adds to its charm. Bembridge is considered to be one of the most upmarket areas on the island and offers a surprisingly busy intertidal sheltered harbour, which is always full of pleasure crafts and fishing boats providing a constant flow of traffic to and from The Solent. From the harbour you will find quiet beaches consisting of sand and pebbles, perfect for swimming, beachcombing and crabbing and in high winds you will see plenty of kite surfing activity. As you walk along Bembridge beach, you will discover the lifeboat station, cafes and the famous Crab & Lobster Inn, as well as the magnificent Culver Cliffs as your backdrop. The village centre offers a good range of small shops, with its award-winning butcher's and 'The Best Dressed Crab in Town' which is situated in Bembridge harbour, you can also sample local produce from the greengrocer's, visit the art gallery and much more; in fact everything you should need while holidaying here.
