"The chalet had everything we needed and was clean, tidy and comfortable."
The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The views of the sea were lovely, and we particularly liked the decking at the front and back of the property. The camp itself had a pleasant, family friendly atmosphere. The staff were all helpful, the car park had plenty of spaces, the swimming pool was nice and quiet, and our children enjoyed the play area. The camp was well situated for days out and we visited numerous Kent attractions such as Walmer Castle, Deal seaside, Canterbury, Wingham Wildlife Park, Dover Castle, and Penshurst Place. Special mention has to go to the Zetland Arms pub, just a short walk away, where you can enjoy a pint of prawns and views of the Channel!

"Such a wonderful place to stay, just what we needed."
The park is so peaceful and the facilities are great. The cabin is very well equipped. We had 6 people which is a bit tight but weather was lovely so plenty of room with the lovely decking. Just be mindful stairs to bedrooms very steep, so a bit tricky for my older parents.

"In general, area is nice , clean, peaceful."
Bedrooms were Not that comfortable due to slant roof which we got hurt few times while moving around. We had to bring our wet clothes back to london without wash because washing machine in the premise was broken. And we haven’t been informed.

"The cottage was nice and well laid out but the two bedrooms in the apex were poorly ventilated and extremely warm."
The cooking facilities and equipment were well stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating which was ideal as we had a 4 year old with us. The downside was we booked this holiday a year ago and was relying on a swimming pool only to be told the day we arrived it was closed and the nearest one was 11 minutes away but would cost us £25 per session for us to all swim.

"Lovely little."
Property. I would have thought that it would be possible to have the heating turned on via a plug in timer before people arrive as the place was like a fridge for at least an hour whilst the heating warmed up.

"A superb place."
Very family friendly and everyone is respectful (no loud noises!). The pool is excellent and you can book two sessions a day. Deal has excellent facilities (good supermarkets etc). Great location. The only thing I would mention is if you’re going in the very hot months the top floor of the chalets are like ovens, even with the window open. Otherwise, a super place for hols.

"Only flaw to an excellent visit was the Booking."
Com experience with being advised re keys for access on the day. I didn't receive pre-notification and farcical, conflicting responses (over a number of days) when I tried to contact Booking.com. On the actual day, it ended up them telling me to contact the owner directly for the keysafe pin !!

"Everything was perfect!"
The stairgate however could better be removed when not needed by guests without little children.
