"We had a lovely stay!"
The home was fantastic for our family group of 10, clean, spacious and just perfect. The weather was great which made time in the hot tub all the better. We would highly recommend this home to all! Only small issue we had was the bins were full when we arrived (bottle, cardboard and the large biffa) and didn't get emptied the whole time we were there. Nothing the owners could have prevented though. Ashton memorial is a must visit!

"We Absolutely Loved Our Stay This Week, Beautiful Family Time!"
The House is Amazing and Lots Of Space, Really Relaxing Stay. Got To Say It Was Absolutely Spotless Too. and Seeing The Horses Was Wonderful! The house Had A Ramp into It (Not To Back garden Though) And had Stepless Entry To Accessible Downstairs Room Which Was Perfect For My Mum. We Had A Boss Stay And Loved Every Minute, So Peaceful And Had Loads Of Fun. Plenty Of Cupboard Space For Shopping, A Wine Fridge And We Had Ice But Were Glad For The Dispenser Too

"Location fantastic, house lovely, we really enjoyed our stay and are alreasy planning on returning."
However I am disappointed in the support/contact from Sykes when you have a question....these automated WhatsApp support chats just don't work. But overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

"What an absolutely fabulous time we've had at Homewood this last four days."
It was a very long eventful 9 hour journey up to Forton, with several motorbike issues en-route, so arriving at accommodation that FAR FAR exceeded expectations was a delight. Homewood is stunning and we were blown away by the size of the place (even though it took us a while to find the master bedroom above the games room), and the location was so relaxing. We would definitely consider a return visit, and will happily recommend to friends. Thank you so much.

"Lovely size cottage, plenty of room."
Although spacious the kitchen is ready for a update, cupboards looking tired Bedrooms huge but again wardrobes ready for update. Bathrooms beautiful. No door on the downstairs bedroom en suite which seemed a bit odd considering it’s a twin room. Overall a great place for a girlie weekend break especially with the hot tub, would highly recommend .

"Amazing property and perfect for our group size (5 adults, 4 kids)."
Loads of room so we were never tripping over each other. Great location, just a short drive to Garstang, which had all the shops you need, and only 30 minutes from Blackpool for a great day out. We were slightly disappointed that the lower garden wasn’t available to use. The kids would have loved running around it and from the pictures it appeared part of the house. Would definitely recommend and use again.

"Beautiful cottage."
Exactly how it looks in the pictures if not better! Perfect for a family getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely return!

"Great property for friends to holiday together."
Friendly owner who came to check hot tub chemical levels whilst we were there. Would recommend. Thank you

"Excellent large property, not far from local pub and shops and the hot tub was a nice addition."
Kids loved the horses virtually in the back garden .Owner was nice and let us check out a bit later, would definitely recommend.

"Had a lovely time."
The layout of the rooms suited us perfectly, we set up a craft room next to the main living room. Spotlessly clean. Appreciated the extra touch of the decorated Christmas tree. Hot tub, clean and relaxing. It appears the property is newly renovated, hooks on the backs of bathroom doors would be nice. The log fire in the living room added to the peaceful ambiance, though not to increase the temperature of the room. Maybe one of those fans on top to push the heat out into the room would help. Fabulous few days here. Would have no hesitation in booking again and we probably will.

"A lovely home that we really enjoyed."
Hot tub was great and the house is huge. Plenty of room for all of us and our 3 small dogs who we were kindly allowed to bring along after requesting prior to our visit. The TV in the kitchen area didn’t seem to work (stuck in start up mode) but this wasn’t an issue. The games room and Fireplace room were great. Especially the fireplace room where we chose to gather on the by evening to enjoy family games. Overall a fantastic break had by family and friends and would definitely book again. The Pattern arms pub a short walk away but do be careful if walking there as there are no side paths so you are having to walk along the road. Excellent food and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit. Great local walks alongside the canals also. One of the best places we have been to. Thanks for such a great stay.

"We had a lovely weekend in this fabulously spacious cottage."
The facilities were excellent and the hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again ourselves.

"Absolutely beautiful house, each bedroom was spacious and comfortable."
The kitchen, dining space and living room were all spot on. Good for a big group not just because the house is large but plenty of parking space and a nice large hot tub. Rachel was lovely and we appreciated her sorting out the hot tub every morning. Very easy to find as well. Had all the utensils and equipment we needed. Definitely one of the best places we stayed.
