    Great place to use as a base, and we did just that. The owner was very nice and welcomed us, and kept an eye on us which was very nice. A car is essential as you are well out of the village, but a lovely place to stay.

The cottage

This lovely detached cottage is a converted former cow byre, located on an arable farm, close to two other properties, set in the rural Lincolnshire countryside on the outskirts of the village of Welbourn.
