  • “The lodge was not clean, very tired looking, the main bed room was very shabby carpet's need a good clean, bed mattress not fit for purpose there were two mattress on the bed one on top of each other , the duvet was ripped , kitchen oven was filthy not been cleaned in years, patio door was sticking and unable to open or close properly , blinds on the doors had broken slates , sofa and soft furnishings are worn , dirty and unconfutable, lodge advertised shop on site along with a restaurant that were both closed we did not stay the week we booked and left 24 hours after arriving, in my opinion this lodge needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up modern standards before renting out to holiday makers and change the cleaning company they use, because their not doing the job.”
