With amenities within walking distance and the coast just a short driving distance, there's no better base from which to discover Scotland.

Move through the front, shared gate and step inside to the spacious hallway and hang up your coats before heading into the sitting room to begin your relaxing retreat snuggled up together on the sofas in front of the television for a quiet evening indoors before your fun-filled days ahead.

To the rear of the property you will find the kitchen/diner, offering plenty of space for everyone to sit together and toast to a wonderful holiday on your couple's retreat, while the chef of the group gets to work in preparing a lovingly-made meal with the help of the good range of appliances on offer.

About the location

ELGIN

Lossiemouth 5.6 miles, Inverness 40 miles

Once Scotland’s smallest city, the town of Elgin now boasts its own football team, and still holds its bustling atmosphere! It is the administrative capital of Morayshire and a place with many attractions in an Area of Outstanding Beauty. Close to the north east coast of Scotland with its selection of sandy beaches, golf courses and atmospheric fishing villages, Elgin has a lot to offer in terms of history and visitor attractions. Situated along the banks of the River Lossie the town has grown and flourished and has grand stone buildings and of course the famous cathedral which dates back to the 13th century. Other places of interest in the area include many distilleries, Elgin Museum and Baxters of Fochabers. For walkers, the Speyside Way footpath provides a wonderful network of paths with fantastic sea views and wildlife.
