The property

Seascape is a stylish apartment set over the first and second floor, overlooking the picture-perfect Lossiemouth East Beach in Moray, Scotland.

Conveniently placed in the heart of attractive Lossiemouth, this is a wonderful place for a couple or two to come together and enjoy a break from everyday life.

Access the property from the external steps, brings you up to the rear patio area.

Once inside step down into the welcoming sitting room, a feature stone wall and wood burning stove make this a wonderfully warming spot to kick back and relax after a tiring day of adventure.

The kitchen lies adjacent, it is stylishly finished and fully-equipped with high-quality appliances to make use of during your stay.

An elegant spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor, here you will find the two modern, homely bedrooms dotted with thoughtful touches.

Both rooms share a fabulous balcony, showcasing the most astounding views of the beach and sea below.

If you are lucky you might even spot a seal or dolphins playing in the water.

A beautiful, half-tiled shower room completes this delightful accommodation.

Outside of Seascape sits a small lawned garden and a lovely little patio area perfect for an evening BBQ.

Lossiemouth is an ideal holiday base with many outdoor pursuits literally on the doorstep, there is surfing on East Beach and sailing on West Beach and a marked coastal footpath all the way to Inverness!

From Lossiemouth so much can be explored, go east or west following the coast and visit many attractive fishing villages or go inland and pick up the famous malt whisky trail, stopping off at the many distilleries along route.

The Cairngorm National Park is just over an hours drive where an abundance of outdoor adventures can be had.

Just six miles away is the city of Elgin with its magnificent cathedral, which is also well worth a trip.

A well-presented cottage in a wonderful Scottish coastal location.

About the location

Elgin 6 miles.

Lossiemouth is known locally as ‘the Riviera of the north’ because of its location, which benefits from the effects of the Gulf Stream and therefore has a temperate climate. Situated on Scotland’s north east coast, Lossiemouth is a perfect holiday destination as it not only boasts a very rich and interesting history with lots of visitor attractions but is also perfectly located to offer a wide choice of outdoor pursuits. The town itself has a surprisingly good selection of shops, hotels, pubs and restaurants and its wonderful coastal location means that the sea is always lapping away in the background. A walk along the coastal road is a refreshing and exhilarating experience as is a round of golf on the course located beside the shoreline. If you like being out on the water then you can choose to go fishing or perhaps dolphin watching on one of the many boat trips available. West Beach is a beach that stretches for 3 miles, beside the famous Covesea Lighthouse and this area is a windsurfers dream. For hill walkers and cyclists there are many trails and routes to follow and along the way you will notice the wildlife all around you. The north east coast has many charming fishing villages and a short drive from one will lead you along to the next, each with its own history and atmosphere. Whether your choice of holiday is in the history, outdoor pursuits, wildlife, touring or simply relaxing, it is all here in bucket loads!
