The property

The Myth is a contemporary three bedroom, three bathroom Scandinavian lodge set in the tranquil grounds of Fairway Lakes at Caldecott Hall just outside the Norfolk village of Fritton.

It is a spacious retreat, an ideal place to relax, explore or just unwind.

Caldecott Hall Golf and Leisure offers a spa, swimming pool, gym, golf course and a clubhouse and is also home to Redwings Horse Sanctuary where you will find our adopted pony, Lily.

The Myth entrance hall leads to the master bedroom with a walk in dressing room and en suite shower room.

A door from this bedroom allows access to the outdoor decking which has a hot tub and sauna, perfect for a relaxing evening.

A twin bedroom, separate shower room, a large well equipped utility room and a study are also on this floor.

Take the stairs to the first floor open plan lounge/kitchen/diner - A great place to relax and enjoy the view.

The bespoke kitchen is well equipped for your stay.

A door leads out from the dining area to a large south facing decked balcony where you can enjoy views over the golf course and lake.

An external stairway also provides access to the lower deck with hot tub and sauna.

The first floor is also home to a further king size bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom.

The nearby village of Belton is just a short drive away - Here you will find a convenience store, two pubs, a Post Office, ladies hairdressers and a takeaway.

Within the surrounding area you will find the village of Burgh Castle, a historical Roman monument, and the coastal towns of Gorleston on Sea and Great Yarmouth.

Great Yarmouth is a famous family destination with activities for all to enjoy.

There is plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment along the Golden Mile, with its pristine sands and the promenade.

The beautiful beaches of Gorleston and Lowestoft are nearby.

The historic market town of Beccles and the Victorian seaside town of Southwold are only a short drive away.

A trip to the old city of Norwich is great for shopping, dining and nightlife, and for those history buffs the castle and cathedral are well worth a visit.

Within driving distance of The Myth is the beauty of the Broads, a National Park with over 125 miles of navigable lock free waterways.

Belton is a small, yet pretty village resting in the English county of Norfolk.
