  • "Excellent property, very well equipped, very spacious, warm and comfortable, spotlessly clean, lovely stepped garden."

Five minute drive from Rhos with cafes, beach and sea. Would definitely return..

  • "Lovely and clean holiday home beautiful flowers and welcome on arrival ideal for families with older children."

Sadly this is not a suitable holiday home for family with child under 7yr as there are lots of sharp edges to fire place cupboards, lots of glass items like french doors cabinets ornaments. The garden is fabulous but I didn’t realise how deep the drop down is per level.!

  • "The property was not to a high standard of cleanliness, the bu."

Had moulded tissue paper in the bottom when I put the rubbish out, cooker glass hob grease marks and dust, hair a d dirt in door runner to patio, my party complained about sofa not being comfortable, no hair dryer and scissors broke in kitchen, and don’t know weather it was due to Covid but no cloth in kitchen to wipe surfaces

  • "Another great week away at this amazing house."

The location is perfect for travelling out to see all the variety of local attractions. The house is a true home from home with all amenities covered, also thank you Lis for the Milk, biscuits and dog treats you left for us. We were blessed with lovely weather so the local beaches and the amazing back garden were used to their full potential. 5 stars all round from myself and my family.

Kitchen was brilliant with all mod cons and utensils. It was good that there was fresh milk so could make a cuppa on arrival. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and we were all warm and comfortable.

Extremely clean and well equipped. The garden is very well maintained. Lots of extra touches and a nice letter on arrival from the owner. 10 out of 10.

  • "After both my husband and I having to work all through lockdown and our children still attending school, we finally managed to sort out a short holiday away for us all."

Well we could not have chosen a more beautiful home and location. The house is impeccable and the owner thoughtfully left some necessities for the humans and doggy. There was clear instructions how to use all white goods etc and lots of local information too. The house and garden are beautiful and it truly felt like a home from home were we could all just relax. I would highly recommend booking here, so much so we have for 2021.

  • "Penrhyn View is a lovely house; deceptively spacious, very well equipped and in a fantastic location."

The garden is an extra bonus and was well enclosed for our dog. On arrival we found the house was spotless and Lis had left some lovely welcoming touches for us and the dog! We visit family a number of times a year in this area and have stayed in many different holiday houses, Penrhyn View is one of the best we've stayed in and we hope to have get chance to book it again. PS I left a couple of items at the house and Lis went out of her way to ensure they were returned to me. Thank you!

  • "The house is a very good size the kitchen, dining room, and living room are excellent."

The bedrooms are a little small but fine, we struggled in the double en-suite room as it has no wardrobe (not even a hook on the wall) so a few hooks/hangers on the walls would have been appreciated, good-sized wardrobes in all the other rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable and all the pillows were very thin and we all needed to use 2/3 at a time, but usable. The property was spotless and had all the items needed for self-catering. Amazing garden and patio area but no outside table and chairs provided so we could enjoy it, we ended up setting up our beach chairs and portable table to enjoy the space and BBQ?? Overall a very nice house, very clean, and worked well for us but we felt just needed a few more basic items adding.
