  • "Lovely little house, very clean and tidy with a well supplied kitchen."

The view from the rear side of the property is fantastic with a great view of the bay across to the Great Orme. Beds were very comfortable, especially after a long day spent walking in the local area - The 3.5 mile route to Conwy over Sychnant pass is especially pleasant. and a very short drive away, the nearby Aber falls is stunning, especially after heavy rain. Location of the house is great with several pubs, takeaways and shops within walking distance. The family (and doggo) had a great week, despite the slightly grim weather and would certainly recommend this property for walkers or just anybody keen to explore the north wales coast. Literally the only problem we came across was the parking, which seems quite limited (unavoidable I suppose, given how narrow the road is outside) and proved to be a bit of a lottery sometimes. Overall, big thumbs up though.

Excellent kitchen equipment and fitted out fabulously. The new bathroom was excellent and every room was clean and beds comfortable and warm. • "This was our second visit to the property."

We were looking for a couple of days of comfort, peace and quiet with our dog Stanley (who has had a difficult time with all the fireworks going off in his neighbourhood at home) and we certainly got all of that. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the views and even managed a couple of afternoons on the beach. An excellent way to recharge our batteries.

The list goes on! We didn't always need the car to access and enjoy activities. Someone with limited mobility might find some things a bit tricky it's very hilly! Do check this out. Real care and attention to detail and been taken in equipping and decorating it. It was a real pleasure to stay there for a week. It has excellent views front and rear. It is near local shops and close to main road links so easy to get anywhere. Neighbours are welcoming and everyone was really friendly. Only slight downside is that on-road parking is a little congested - it's very narrow and you need to park close to a wall with no pavement.

Dwygyfylchi is situated on the stunning North Wales coast between Penmaenmawr and Conwy. It looks out across to the Irish Sea, Conwy Bay, Anglesey and the Great Orme off Llandudno, where dolphins can sometimes be seen swimming in the distance. On a clear day, the Isle of Man can be visible. It is nestled at the foot of Moel Lys mountain, which offers many beautiful walks and vistas. A recently opened cycling track enables you to ride along the coast eastwards towards Conwy and beyond, or westwards towards Llanfairfechan. Located by the beach at Penmaenmawr is a Sailing Club and there is also the Penmaenmawr Golf Club; visitors are welcome at both. On the other end of the beach to the Sailing Club is a promenade area offering skate boarding, a children’s playpark, bowling green, promenade cafe and all-weather tennis courts, as well as some of the safest swimming in the area on a long sandy beach. Alternatively, you can drive (or walk) up the Sychnant Pass, from where there are many walking trails leading off. Further on, you can drive up through the beautiful Conwy Valley alongside the River Conwy. On the way to the Sychnant Pass you go through the charming village of Capelulo, where there are a couple of restaurants. This is a lovely area which provides a fantastic base for your holiday in North Wales
