  • "The house was perfect for our big family weekend."

Three generations plus dog all loved it with something for everyone to enjoy, completely exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms are all beautiful so no one felt they had second best! It was clean, warm and so well equipped they've thought of everything.

  • "We had the most wonderful stay at Eversley."

The house was extremely well appointed, immaculately clean, bright and spacious. We stayed in the midst of storm Eunice and it was so great to have a welcoming space that we could go back to when then weather got too much to stay on the beach! Location was perfect, the only thing we found to be missing was a cafetière! But this did not detract from our stay in the slightest (and there may well have been one that we didn’t find). We can’t wait to book again!

  • "The house is situated in a great location."

It is so homely and the bedrooms are really nicely decorated and the beds are so comfy. Would highly recommend. We came to celebrate 3 “big” birthdays and had a great time.

  • "Beautiful house and in a brilliant location."

Although there are no parking spaces,we had no trouble putting the cars a little way up the the hill. One of the ensuites is very small but it met our needs.

  • "Comfortable beds."

Well equipped. Quality linen and towels. Very clean and tidy and left well prepared by the property management company. A welcome pack of cakes and biscuits and, even better, two litres of milk in the fridge! Pretty much everything you could need supplies-wise including toilet roll, kitchen foil, washing up liquid; the only things we needed to add were kitchen roll and extra dishwasher tablets. Situation is perfect for shops, sea and busses. Car parking could be a challenge at busy times but we unloaded and loaded on double yellows opposite and then found a spot in a side street up the hill. During the week, we were able to move closer to the house when a spot was vacated.

  • "Gorgeous house with everything we needed for our stay."

The only criticism would be parking was a nightmare but I don’t know how this could be rectified and not a fault of the owner. Beautiful house.

  • "This property sleeps 12 which means potentially families with 2 or 3 cars will be staying there; the parking situation was difficult to say the least."

In peak season it was often impossible to set our cars down as the small off road parking is all taken by people visiting the beach. It was a big frustration and was the only downside to this property. Once you had a car parking space, you felt nervous to lose it and this became prohibitive.

Apart from the above everything was excellent and we hope to return.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
