Much better stocked with dishes and cooking equipment than any place I have stayed before. Pam was extremely helpful and welcoming. Would love to go back.

  • "Title: Just Perfect What can we say."

The most gorgeous house in the most gorgeous setting. Wonderful views all around. The garden is just amazing, fantastic hot tub and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Just the most amazing house to celebrate with friends and family the week before my sister's wedding. Exceptionally clean, very well equipped, the most comfiest of beds. Top quality throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed the zip wire at Penryn Quarry, 40 minutes drive away. Correspondence with Pam was great. She left us a lovely welcome hamper of goodies.Would highly recommend xx

We had a great 3 night break. The kids especially loved the hot tub. We had a lovely meal at the Ye Old Bull Inn just down the lane and a wonderful afternoon looking around Idlewild Animal Sanctuary (Brian was excellent with his knowledge of the animals) so thank you again. Also thank you to Pam for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

  • "What a wonderful property, everything you needed was available."

We were a booking of 10 people and the house accommodated us well. The location was great with plenty of beautiful walks on the doorstep and amazing views. The local pub, Ye Old Bull Inn was great too, and just a 5 minute walk away. Brilliant location to the coast and Conwy, including inland areas such as Betwys y Coed etc. We will definately be back! Thank you.

  • "We stayed here as a central location to see friends we hadn’t seen for two years due to covid and my gosh it didn’t disappoint."

It was a beautiful home, with ‘real’ furniture (instead of that uncharacteristic plain furniture you sometimes get in holiday homes) that literally made you feel like you just arrived home. It was so clean, so well looked after and presented perfectly on arrival. We were even left a home made hamper full of bread, cakes, biscuits and wine. The hot tub was a wanderful experience and nothing disappointed at all. We met the owner on exit, and she was so friendly and warm hearted. We will definitely stay here again!! Even our kids said they wanted to go back to the holiday home and not home home! We all wanted to move in!

  • "The host left us some lovely items which was a nice surprise."

There were endless kitchen supplies - everything we needed and more. The 1st floor was definitely better standard than the 2nd, however the space in the rooms was good. Only thing that was a little disappointing is that we didn't know the dryer wasn't working as we washed clothes and then had to take wet clothes back with us. Otherwise everything was great!

Thankyou for your feedback, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your holiday and the welcome hamper. We are sorry that the dryer was not available for your stay, unfortunately it had been damaged the week before and we were unable to have it fixed before your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you back to Ty'n y Cae in the future. Property Owner

  • "Ty'n y Cae is a brilliant cottage."

I don't think current pictures do any justice. It is a massive cottage in the middle of a large plot. Very quiet and we had a number of evening BBQs with music. Kids had a great time and had enough space to run around. The rooms are in very good condition and good size. Lots of card and board games are provided. Pam was great and she called multiple times before the arrivals and made sure all our requests and questions are answered. I would recommend this place 10/10. V

A beautiful place to stay fantastic views over the Conwy valley, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, the log burner and the log burning hot tub had a plentiful supply of logs, all the rooms were of a very generous size and all the beds were super comfy, we were a party of 7 adults and 2 children and the house more than accommodated us all, a big thank you to Pam who was in touch in case we needed anything, but everything went smoothly and we were all sad to leave, we'll stay longer next time, Roger and Lynn wells

The house did not let me and my 12 guests down and we were blown away by the attention to detail. The house is beautiful and big enough that we weren't all on top each other, the kitchen was really well thought about and we didn't need to use the extra tea towels we'd all brought with us. The bedrooms were gorgeous and the beds extremely comfortable, I felt like the queen with an en-suite and huge bath. Sadly we didn't have a bath but we did use the hot tub which was amazing and a must if your stay here. Can not fault or recommend this house anymore and I'm already planning to re-visit.

Zip line / white water rafting/ canoe is just an hour scenic drive. Surfdonia is like 10 mins. Grocery is Londis at the Texaco Fuel pump just June right when u leave the lane and in a few mins u will see the pump. The host, however left us the immediate needs viz. milk coffee sugar salt pepper etc.. Quite a few fellows had left grocery/food in the cabinets. A few spices were there in the kitchen. About the kitchen, well stocked with pans & pots, lots of beautiful plates, bowls & mugs. Navigation: please don’t use your car’s navigation or the post code. Type the name of the property without the punctuation in google & u will reach the precise location. Tyn y cae, Llanbedr-y-cennin, Conwy, should get you exactly there. The host has kept a file in the main hall, which was very helpful. It has quite a few info about the house & the help you may need. No regrets. Truly Amazing

  • "The property is located up a lovely track overlooking the beautiful Conwy valley in North Wales."

It is close enough to amenities so that you dont feel cut off - but far enough away that you can feel the sense of peace and calm. The house is large enough that it would accommodate lots of people comfortably - whilst just the two of us didn't feel lost either. Some properties have lots of beds - but lack amenities - this one doesn't. It is fantastically well equipped. The owner contacted us by text before we arrived - which was very comforting - and when we had an invasion of sheep into the garden (okay there were about eight of them) - we quickly had help and then had fun playing get them back in the field. To regain a sense of calm and mental peace - it is perfect - but I suspect it will also be the perfect base for a more adventurous type of holiday involving walking and mountain biking etc.

Beautiful n tasteful house ;) Wales did rain an awful lot but we were determined not to let it dampen our holiday moods and it didn’t. We would not mind to return it again. (Small slight probs was tht the children stayed up late Cos of no blackout curtains!! Hence chn stayed up really late! Never mind as the holiday house was amazing). The gardens and the views were striking as we cldnt keep our eyes off them! Thx you for making such a huge effort in keeping the hse n garden look beautiful for us;)
