  • "This is a lovely house, ideally located for either beach or coastal walking."

Modernised, but retaining its period charm, it is a comfortable property and it caters perfectly for anyone seeking a quiet holiday. The property owner goes the extra mile to make sure anyone booking this house is looked after. We have visited several times previously, and will be going again, I am sure.

  • "What a fantastic property!"

We really didn't want to leave. Everything was great - the nice big rooms were perfect for our toddler to stretch her legs, the beds were all super comfy, the whole house is clean and tastefully decorated, the garden is a great big sun-trap, parking is easy, and the location is perfect for a quiet get-away. The nearby Porthdinllaen beach is one of the most idyllic beaches we've ever been to, and given that the beach has it's own pub we really appreciated that it's walking distance from the house. We're not usually ones for staying at the same property more than once, however I could definitely see us staying here again as we loved it so much.

  • "We absolutely love this house."

It’s ideally located and wonderfully kitted out. We love the third bedroom as we now have a teenager who’d rather not have to share. We loved our stay so much that we booked it for the October half term. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a great time.

  • "The cottage was clean, comfortable and in a quiet location."

It was spacious and well equipped. There needs to be more information about recycling collection dates. The driveway entrance was quite tight for a larger car. The location is good for visiting other beaches and the countryside.

  • "Very enjoyable stay."

Very clean great facilities. Close to the beach down a steep hill and a very pleasant walk to Ty Coch Inn. Rooms really good size everything you need. Big bathroom in fact cannot fault the property in any way The local shop next to the petrol station a short walk away has everything you need. For meat eaters try the butcher a short drive away in Edern the best lamb and pork chops I have eaten for a long time. Can also recommend The Cliffs bar and restaurant lovely position and delicious food but you need to book. A great week mostly spent walking the coast path with a trip to Velocity 2 just to liven things up. Would not hesitate to book the property again a real gem

  • "We had a wonderful week at Arddol."

The house has been beautifully renovated and was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, It’s less than a 10 min walk to the beach, or a little longer if you take the scenic route via the cliff path. A perfect beach holiday - thank you.
