We can recommend going into Abersoch to eat at Fresh (booking essential) really nice meal there, and the beach down at Llanbedrog was lovely and clean and not to busy. All in all a really good week.

That view has to be seen to be really appreciated. Nice little family break, just what we needed. Great place and great location. Wouldn’t hesitate to re book.

  • "We were disappointed with the parking space, don't know how you could fit upto 5 cars in this small area."

En suite bathrooms were to small, kettle in kitchen handle and lid was sticky and dirty. Cobwebs around the light fitting above dining table in kitchen. Spiders and webs around and under all beds in bedrooms which we had to hoover before we could go to sleep. Obviously this had been here for more than 2 to 3 days. Blind in family bathroom was broken

Thank you for your feedback. There is sufficient space as 2 cars can be parked at the side of the house and 3 in front. Prior to your arrival all beds were hoovered under and around them. The kettle may of been sticky as we have to use sanitizer. Previous feedback has not mentioned the size of the en suites before. However we do feel they are adequate for purpose. We can only apologise if cobwebs had been missed on the clean. Thank you. Property Owner

  • "The fourth 'bathroom', an outside shower room and toilet, which would have been ideal for removing sand from our children on return from the beach and for them to use when playing in the garden, was found to be in a very poor state of cleanliness."

The toilet and shower cubicle were black with mold, the room had cobwebs, spiders and literally scores of dead insects. It had obviously not been cleaned for weeks. We had to clean it from top to bottom. There was a note in the house guide that said the tiles in the room were 'slippy when wet' and it had no heating. To claim it as a fourth bathroom was misleading. We must stress, however, that the rest of the house was spotless, very comfortable and superbly equipped and we enjoyed our stay. The views are lovely.

It was our Golden Wedding day on 27th July, and we had a lovely day. We had the room with the balcony, it was a gorgeous view, and a super backdrop to Anniversary photos. The house is very well appointed, with plenty of space , which is good with a family. Even on a slightly duller or wet day, the view is everything, and it changes constantly. We had a good weeks holiday.

  • "This cottage is really beautiful & 1."

5 miles to beach. Plenty of spaces. We are really enjoyed lots but minor problem I felt was that heating systom which is only for some certain time set up, when we need some time time no heating & hot water at all. If it put in to manual it will be so fine other than that it’s really worth it for money. We will go back again definitely. *********************Owner Response******************* Thank you very much for your feedback. There are instruction in the property regarding how to manually alter the timing of the heating and hot water according to your requirement. In addition, there is an Immersion heater as well in the property. I always leave my number in the property so that my guests can always call me if they have any issues understanding the instruction or any help in general. Much appreciate your positive comments as well.

! one thing that might need addressing is the central heating system as we could not get the radiators to come on in the kitchen and conservatory and because our stay was over the winter period it was cold in both these rooms - but other than that fantastic house. ************************** Owner Response****************** Thank you very much for raising the issue. I appreciate honest feedbacks and I have promptly changed the complete heating system. The property now have a upgraded heating system, new radiator and piping as well. The property is now warm and cosy. Thank you for your positive comments as well.

Mynytho is a traditional village on the Llyn Peninsula, with a little shop, and a pub within 1.5 miles, and is only 2 miles from the attractive harbour village of Abersoch. Abersoch, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held here throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, with windsurfing, waterskiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Hell's Mouth. There are three main beaches to choose from - the long sandy Warren Beach, small and sheltered Porth Bach and sandy Porth Ceriad with its high cliffs. Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore. The Lleyn Peninsula is a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking, ideal for those who don't fancy getting wet. Also within easy reach are the mountains of Snowdonia, Portmeirion Italianate Village, and the Isle of Anglesey.
