Our family & dog had a really good time staying in North Yorks.

  • "Lovely stay at this beautiful cottage."

The photos do not do it justice, it really is very large and is beautifully decorated. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with double/king beds, lovely bathrooms and the bath is heavenly!! The owner was very helpful, when we had any queries - there were a few essentials missing but we mentioned these to the owner and hopefully these will be in place soon. The cottage is in a fantastic location, it didn’t take long to get anywhere! Darlington, Northallerton, Richmond, all in easy reach. We highly recommend this cottage and we hope to return soon!

  • "Lovely holiday cottage for 6 adults."

Location is great and beds were super comfy as well as great bath/shower. The kitchen equipment was a little lacking for cooking a meal for 6, is thing I can mention for improvement. We had a great week!

  • "FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY ."

WE REALLY ENJOYED THE SPACIOUS ROOMS AND EXCELLENT FACITIES. ENSUITE WAS REALY GOOD AND DRESSING ROOM WAS A GREAT EXTRA. JUST NEEDED A FEW HOOKS FOR TOWELS AND SOME CLOTHES . KITCHEN WAS SHORT OF A FEW OF THE BASICS BUT THE WHOLE FEELING OF THE STAY WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. THE UNDERFLOOR HEATING WAS A REAL TREAT ESPECIALLY AS IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE. THE ARE AROUND THE WORKSHOP WAS ESPECIALLY BEUATIFUL AND THE SNOW MADE IT A REAL TREAT FOR THE CHILDREN. THIS WAS A RELLY GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR THE FAMILY

  • "Really beautiful lovely cottage, very comfortable beds, we had a great nights sleep each night."

The location is beautiful, loads of space, will definitely be returning. (Don’t publish the next part) Some very very minor things that might just help make it perfect. For a cottage for 6 doing all our own cooking, a larger frying pan would have been useful, a colander, a large bowl. The stairs I think had been missed in the clean, and when we were checking the rooms before leaving I noticed under the beds also needed doing, the rest of the house however was gleaming. As I said very very small things but would help make it perfect.
