The property

Nestled in the charming village of Upleatham is this gorgeous converted former chapel, resting on a quiet street surrounded by countryside, The Chapel is an incredibly unique holiday experience; boasting new renovation with glimpses of stunning original features, this property is perfect for a group of friends or a larger family looking for a relaxing retreat to the stunning North Yorkshire region.

The enclosed front garden is a serene spot where you can take a seat on one of the original church pews as you look out onto pretty views of the village church and verdant trees.

Appreciate the innovative use of architecture as you enter the property, blending contemporary fixtures with the property's traditional character.

A cloakroom greets you in the entrance way, perfect for when you're nipping in and out on a sunny day and using the lawn area.

Feel at ease in the homely open-plan living area, boasting the chapel's original wooden flooring and stunning pastel green decor sprinkled around the furniture, there's a sitting area with soft sofas and a Smart TV for a quiet night in, plus a dining space where you can get together to enjoy your family meals throughout the duration of your stay.

Behind the dining space lies the fabulous kitchen, fitted with all the essential amenities needed for a self-catered stay, there's even a dishwasher to help with the cleaning up.

Find the chapel's original holy water font displayed on the walk up the stairwell, adding touches of antique charm to this historic dwelling.
