  • "Absolutely fabulous property."

luxurious ! It's sometimes the small touches that really make an impact, there were two gorgeous looking home baked cakes on the kitchen counter when we arrived. They looked good and they tasted good too, really nice thought, thank you. Also the provision of the games box, towels for the hot tub more than enough glasses, crockery, cutlery, cookware for all of us, just great. We had a brilliant weekend and I only wish we could have stayed longer. Top marks, I'd love to stay there again and I probably will, brilliant.

  • "The property was ideal for our multi-generational holiday."

Attention to detail in the property was excellent. As it was an Easter break, there were lovely thoughtful touches - decorations, Easter themed cakes and sweets left for us on arrival. The hot tub was used daily and we were fortunate to be able to relax on the outdoor furniture provided as it was dry and sunny all week. All-in-all, an excellent holiday property to stay in. Thank you.

The grounds are pristine and we had everything we needed. Didn't want to leave. We'll done to the owners for such attention to detail in the renovations you should be very proud.

  • "We had a fantastic stay at Pheasants roost."

The house was well equipped for our large group. Lots of space and the hot tub was lovely. One of the double rooms was particularly small but we managed for a few nights. All of the other bedrooms were lovely. Very clean and brilliant setting. Would highly recommend. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Accommodation was furnished to a high standard and spacious enough for us and friends (6 adults, 6 children, 1 baby and 3 dogs!!!). The hot tub is a good size and has lovely views. The local pub was great and the owner Chris was very welcoming. We would definitely return.

  • "The house is beyond beautiful."

So much space for everyone to have a comfortable visit (11 of us). Sparkling clean, comfy beds and sitting area. Nice big kitchen and fridge/freezer space to store the food (we had a Tesco delivery). Space for us all around the table to eat. Hot tub is a bonus even when the heavens opened. I’ve already recommended this place to someone else who is ready to book and we would come again no questions asked. An hour and a bit from York, shopping in Hull and 50 minutes to Bridlington (this is what what we did while we were there). Can’t wait to come back.

Lelley Barns itself was absolutely stunning, done out to a high specification. Ideal location close to Hull and surrounding areas. The owners were extremely accommodating. Lovely local pub less than half a mile away to walk to. Amazing weekend will definitely be booking back up.
