All rooms are located on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the entrance hall.

The property consists of a lounge with a 50" Smart TV you can look forward to cosying up in front of after a long day of exploring the local area, as well as a fully fitted kitchen/diner home to all the appliances you need to assist with your self-catering requirements.

The fully equipped kitchen/diner includes an electric oven and hob, an integral dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

There is also two bedrooms, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom with a bath for you to soak in, and a shower over where the group can prepare for the day.

The kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are decorated in a tasteful neutral décor and offer stunning views of the Rudby Hall gardens.

A pretty village on the northwest fringes of the North York Moors National Park. Hutton Rudby plays host to a convenience store, a Post Office and a choice of pubs, some of which serve food. Hutton Rudby is 6 miles from the market town of Yarm and 4 mile from Stokesley, both which are good for food, drink and independent shops.
