  • "The property was superb for a multi generation get together, as there is plenty of space in the form of 3 reception rooms and extremely comfortable bedrooms!"

The hot tub was amazing too. Fantastic accommodation and great value for money.

  • "Nice comfortable property in a quiet location."

Very suitable for a 4 generation family group such as ourselves. Convenient for the Peak district and walking distance to the town with its many pubs. Plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. Dishwasher was OK but not best suited as the cutlery tray meant that the wine glasses did not go in vertically and the bigger plates tended to interfere with the spinner if not put in with care. The cutlery tended to need wiping afterwards as there were deposits on it after washing, presumably because it has to go in flat rather than vertical. We would have happily hand washed the less suited items except that we were instructed to use the dishwasher.

During our stay we found lots of little nice attention to details throughout. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend with the hot tub an added bonus

The house is completely child proof with ample of place for adults and kids to relax. The hot tub was most used by us. Lot of common place for the family to be together. Last but not the least the host was very accommodating and made sure our stay was special and memorable.

  • "The cottage is perfect for all, has everything you need and if not it’s available close by in the town!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay, the beds are comfy and we entertained ourselves in the hot tub which was fantastic! Only gripe was after arriving for check in at 3pm we were told it should of been 5pm and we should of been notified, which we were not. We had to wait a couple of hours before being able to ‘officially’ start our holiday. The owner did allow us to check out later so all was not lost! I would recommend this beautiful place, the views on the way in and out are quite something also!

  • "The photos don’t do the house justice, it’s so much more beautiful inside, and offers incredible space for all of our party."

Upon arrival the house was impeccable, clean and inviting. The hot tub was ready and waiting for our arrival and was perfect everyday. All of our guests were comfortable and were able to fully relax and feel safe despite the current climate. We will be definitely looking at going back, and exploring more of the area.

Manuzah (the owner), was extremely friendly and welcoming. It is located close enough to the town centre, that we walked there and had a meal etc before returning back to the house to enjoy the hot tub! We would definitely return! No complaints whatsoever.
