"We enjoyed our time at Seren Lodge, it was a real treat to stay in such a modern lodge with lovely views over a field of sheep & lambs."
Access was good being situated near the entrance of the Caer Beris lodge park. A few small points of improvement needed- - No information pack in the lodge, we had no idea where to put rubbish and recycling, we did not find any waste disposal points on the wider park also. Would be useful to have Information on things like the nearest supermarket, and local info like the fact most places close Sun-Tues in mid Wales, especially as there is no WiFi and the phone signal is weak. - This lodge did not provide basics like hand washing soap at the sinks, and salt/pepper in the shakers. - Dishwasher not working, I suspect this was because it was empty of salt/ Rinse aid. - There are some spare building materials from when the lodge was built still lying around (Fire pit fitting kit on the floor in the dining room, wood offcuts in the wardrobe, half tins of paint in the cloakroom etc). I'm already looking at dates to book for next year, it was a lovely place to stay in a beautiful area.
