  • "Amazing views from the cottage, really good base to explore the beacons, all toiletries,kitchen utensils fully stocked great maps and books about the area available."

    Just a few minor issues which can take it to outstanding, no headboards on a few beds and the bunk creaked alot. Overall would not hesitate too book again. Thankyou for the lovely stay.

Enjoying a fabulous location within the Brecon Beacons National Park and stunning countryside views from its private garden and brimming with over 200 years of history, Ty Twmp / Tump Cottage is an ideal dwelling for couples or a family of six who are looking to explore this beautiful region.

Step into the kitchen, where you can look forward to rustling up mouth-watering meals for your loved ones with the help of the electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, ready to savour at the dining table for six.

Alternatively, why not relish the country views and dine in the conservatory?

After a hearty meal, retire to the sitting room where you can kick-back and relax on the plush seating and enjoy a family movie night, courtesy of the TV.

Wash away the day with a soothing soak in the bath or a refreshing rinse in the shower, before choosing from three tastefully decorated bedrooms to catch your rest in, a king-size with zip/link, a twin with 3ft single and 2ft ' 6 single and a bunk room.

Awake from a restful night and whip up morning coffees ready to sip in the front, enclosed garden with incomparable views of the Black Mountain range and sheep nearby.
