The house was fabulous- kitchen was well equipped and loved all the extras that made for such an easy stay ( dishwasher tablets , foil , biscuits, etc) We even used the board games a couple of nights - great family time ! Loved all the quirky touches ! The beds were extremely comfy - had the best nights sleep !! Also very quiet which is a massive plus ! Would definitely stay again - hosts were also very helpful! A lovely house to stay in ❤️ Thank you again

  • "Had a fantastic weekend at this stunning cottage."

A beautifully presented, cosy house. Had everything we needed and more - including a big selection of games, great when it was raining out. Had a slight issue with the fire, but they were super responsive, came out and sorted it in no time and we thoroughly enjoyed that on the cold winter evenings. Could not recommend more, a lovely, lovely place.

  • "We all fell in love with No."

47 as soon as we walked through the door. It is fabulous! The decor and furnishings were stunning. The beds and bedding were comfy and cosy, the welcome treats went down well with everyone, and the house had everything we needed! The owners are amazing. In addition to the treats, they contacted us to make sure everything was OK and wish us a safe journey home - This has never happened before! Parking was never an issue. The local residents were very friendly and helpful and the best chippy ever is a stones throw away. The place and location are both so perfect you could stay for a few days without the need to drive anywhere! I could've stayed in my No.47 Haworth bubble forever! I will definitely be booking again!

It’s beautifully decorated and has all home comforts. Great to have two shower rooms. It’s a fantastic location in Haworth. Great communication with owner who checked up if everything was ok and also left fresh milk, Prosecco and nibbles. We loved staying in the cottage and would highly recommend it.

  • "No. 47 was fantastic!"

The owners were great, really amenable and easy to get in touch with. The cottage itself is great - lots of little touches which made it feel like a home from home. Beds are really comfortable (pillows were so good, I bought some the same when I got home!), bathrooms are gorgeous, and everything was so comfortable. The cottage itself is just a 5 minutes walk away from Main Street, so easy to wander up and get dinner or drinks. Haworth had everything we needed, great shops, lots of great places to eat (Pave and Hawthorns were especially recommended), and lots of great gift shops. Had a great stay, and would thoroughly recommend.

  • "The cottage at number 47 Haworth was exceptional, newly renovated and beautiful and luxurious furnishings."

It had everything we needed and was very cosy and spacious. It was great being so close to Main Street and central Park and we ventured far and wide by car, parking was never an issue and we usually managed to park right outside the cottage. the weather prevented us from making use of the lovely garden and patio. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The hosts were always available if any issues and the welcome pack of goodies was a lovely touch.

  • "The house was ideal for our stay."

It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with proper towels and sheets. The beds were very comfy and the showers were lovely. There are some nice quirky touches like the bath in the bedroom and the table that conceals a pool table. The village is picturesque and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Ella and Jannine responded straight away to our questions and were really friendly and helpful.

47, Haworth. The property is beautifully decorated, offering a sense of luxury, and all aspects of comfort have been considered. It provides easy access to Haworth and all its amenities. We had three nights and could have stayed longer. Thank you to the owners who were attentive from a distance. We didn’t need help with anything, but we knew we could ask if needed. We would highly recommend this property to others.

  • "What an amazing find!"

Beautiful ‘Home from Home’ in an absolutely perfect location. Communication from the property owners was spot on. Arrival treats were most welcome and we soon settled in. Being in such a central location it was easy to pop back if needed. The cobbled streets of Haworth are a few minutes walk away. We also had a lovely walk to the Brontë Falls and a ride out to the picturesque market town of Hebden Bridge and enjoyed a coffee along the river - worth a visit. We bought a few gifts from the local shops in Haworth and tried out some of the pubs and cafes along the Main Street. A walk through the park and down to the station are also on your doorstep with more shops and cafes to try. Coming back to the cottage and playing games available - Chess for the boys - was very relaxing in the evening. There’s even a bath in the stunning attic room! We ordered from the recommended Indian takeaway while here - food was delicious! Not bad for 3 nights away! Thanks again to the homeowners. We’ll definitely be back!

About the location

HAWORTH

Skipton 13 miles; Hebden Bridge 8 miles.

The small village of Haworth was home to the famous Bronte sisters, who were inspired by the surrounding moorland to pen their novels, which have become classics of English Literature. Haworth is a village that time almost forgot, with its myriad of curiosity and antique shops, alleyways and cobbled streets creating a wonderful period atmosphere, all set against a framing backdrop of countryside famously described in the novel Wuthering Heights as wild, rugged and barren. Nearby, the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, provides a lovely day out with a regular service to the old village of Oxenhope. The area abounds with popular places to visit, including the Bronte Parsonage Museum, East Riddlesden Hall, and the National Railway Museum in York. The market town of Skipton, often fondly regarded as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is just a short drive away, and also within reach are elegant Harrogate and vibrant Leeds and Manchester.
