  • "We had a fantastic stay at Belvedere Farm."

The property is wonderful and has so much character. We all loved the hot tub and games room. The property owners were so friendly and helpful.

  • "A really lovely holiday home, in the middle of beautiful countryside."

Really clean and plenty of space for us all. The hottub was great to have with lots of walks and places to visit nearby. The bar/games room will be amazing when it's finished and the pool table delivery while we were staying was great! Definitely recommend.

  • "Very spacious property, room for everyone."

Loved the outdoor sitting areas. Fabulous location with beautiful scenery. Couple of negatives, lack of equipment in the kitchen for cooking, balcony door is very hard to open/close and two bins would be better for a large house. Apart from this we had an amazing week and would definitely recommend.

  • "This is an amazing, unique place."

The private setting, house and facilities made it the perfect place to stay for our 3 generational family holiday. The oldies were happy to stay in behind enjoying their separate on suite and bedroom warm sunroom with very comfortable sofas and a view over the pond and wildlife (including 2 deer). For the younger and more active, there are may places to walk and explore close to the house (including an old Victorian tunnel), and yet it is very close to many museums (Eureka) and parks. With a choice of 3 sitting areas and lots of TV's we could decide when to be together or apart. The games room (with underfloor heating) was a great place to have our (privately booked) Yoga lessons and for the children to play in when the weather was wet. The hot tub and trampoline were well used. The owner was extremely helpful. We are looking forward to coming back.

  • "Unfairly charged for damage from a storm."

Despite calling multiple times to discuss the issue and promising to get back to us, owner has yet to do so.

  • "A fabulous property in a lovely location set amongst acres of fields and forestland."

The hot tub proved very enjoyable with the kids and adults alike. Plenty of space indoors, multiple TV sets if you all want to watch different things or even just have a quiet chill. The dogs also enjoyed it too. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owner is only a matter of minutes away should any issues arise. Highly recommended.

The property is very private and quite. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and completely at ease with our pet dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay there and would certainly recommend it to others.
