"This property was very clean and comfortable and would recommend it ."
The only draw back no private parking. I will certainly use it again
-
"Absolutely spot on"
-
"Lovely comfortable stay, short walk into town, highly recommend."
-
"In general this property was lovely with many little extra touches that were much appreciated."
We personally would have liked a bit more detailed information on equipment in the cottage as we found the tv confusing ( maybe that’s just us) and a full length mirror would have been useful.Overall the property was comfortable ,clean and well located.
-
"Well maintained and easy reach to shopping and transport facilities, in future will consider this property again."
-
"Fabulous property."
Very spacious, with every amenity you would wish for. Beautifully finished to a high standard. Excellent location, just a short walk from the centre of Inverness. Also excellent connections to the main routes out of Inverness for sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.

"We loved the space ."
It was readily evident that a great deal of thought has gone into the choice of fittings ,decor and furnishings . However , the refurbishment into a rental holiday cottage had very clearly omitted the transmission of noise aspect with paper thin partition walls and open stairwell . The rooms are a very good size so we would recommend doubling up the timber partition walls .

"Very Nice House for a group of 7 for a week."

"Larger towels for after showering would make this great stay even more perfect"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Rowan House."
It’s roomy for 5 people, pretty hi-tech and my son loved the electric reclining sofas and now is saving up his pocket money to buy one! The kitchen had lots of storage and was well equipped (although lacking in forks if I’m being picky). Lots of appliances; dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathrooms were lovely (no bath but the showers were lovely). The place was immaculately clean and in a great location for exploring the area. The entrance rug is very slippery. We spent our evenings playing board games and the dining table was perfect for this. Parking is not a problem, free street parking just a few meters down the road. Extremely good value for money and I would highly recommend this property.

"This was the perfect central spot in Inverness for us to tour from."
We went to Glenmorangie, Skye, and St. Andrews as well as lots of time in Inverness. I was very comfortable and well supplied!
-

The house itself was very spacious and was well equipped for all 8 guests. We would certainly book this accommodation again! Excellent!

"We enjoyed our stay."
The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances were easy to use. The house is in a good location, close to shops and takeaways but also in a quiet road so very little noise from traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

"We were delighted with the house."
It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and only a short walk to the amenities of Inverness. We would definitely recommend it.
-
"The property was in lovely condition and in an ideal location."
Very easy to keep tidy with a much appreciated bottle of wine and flowers upon arrival. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
-
"The house is very nice and comfortable, just a few little notes."
There is not a lot of silverware so you keep on washing if you are with 6 or more. The shades at the first floor bedroom are very light, so you wake up very early. The welcome flowers and bottle of cava were very nice.

"Rowan House was fantastic."
The house was in a perfect location and is very close to amenities. The owner is very accommodating and will do whatever he can to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. This was our second stay at Rowan House and our experience was even better than last time. The house is spotlessly clean and has a lovely garden which was perfect for the children. There is a fantastic trampoline park just round the corner called ‘infinity’ which the children loved. We will definitely return as we love Inverness and this House was lovely.

INVERNESS
North Kessock 5.9 miles; Dores 9.2 miles; Tomatin 15.5 miles.
The Capital of the Highlands, the city of Inverness, is the gateway to the countless delights of the Highlands of Scotland. Towering mountains, dark lochs, great forests and precipitous sea cliffs are all within easy reach. Of particular note is the legendary Loch Ness, which is surrounded by some truly breathtaking scenery, although most visitors are usually on the lookout for something a bit more mysterious! Just outside the city is the Culloden Battlefield at Culloden Moor (National Trust). The site of the last major battle fought on British soil, there is an award-winning display depicting the battle, whilst a walk on the field serves as a poignant reminder of the clansmen who lost their lives. Inverness itself has much to offer, museums, an art gallery, fine theatre and leisure facilities, not to mention shops, pubs and restaurants. The River Ness flows through the city and both the river and neighbouring Moray Firth are home to a diverse range of wildlife and marine life including red kites, along with dolphins, which can sometimes be seen from the shore, or on trips from the harbour.
