"This was exceptional accommodation."
In a beautiful setting, the shepherd's hut was the perfect springboard for each day's exploration and a welcome place to return to. Peaceful, rustic, tranquil, you name it, it was everything you could hope for.

"We enjoyed our stay."
The Higher Merthyr Farm Shepherd's Hut was clean, well appointed and has everything you need. The outside WC was very good which made the hut more spacious. Our dog enjoyed our stay as well. They have well kept and secured garden. The stunning views of the rolling hills of the Cornish country side was great. The car was park near the hut. The hosts - Allison and her husband were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The welcome pack was well thought off and very nice specially scones were delicious. We had a quiet, relax atmosphere. We highly recommend the shepherds hut. We can't wait to go back there again one day soon!

"We had a fantastic stay at Higher Merther farm Shepherds hut."
It is a private, peaceful and beautiful location and perfect for exploring the Lizard and west cornwall. The shepherds hut was thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable. Exceptionally clean and tidy inside. Everything we needed was at hand. The enclosed garden was very pretty and there was a great shower in the bathroom. Alison and Keith were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely book again and would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation.

It has been very relaxing and peaceful. Alison and Keith, you are great hosts. This is our third stay and won't be the last. The garden is beautiful and safe for dogs. Olive has also enjoyed her stay at the hut. Hopefully see you again next year xx
