"On suite shower needs looking at, we were also confused regarding bath towels, as it only stated that you required towels for the hot tub so was expecting bath towels but the only towels where 2 hand towels for four people."
Overall needs a good spring clean. Also was not impressed that if we wanted to use the club facilities then it would of cost us an extra £194 which we thought very expensive and to be honest had we known that then we would probably not rented the accommodation.
the shower has always had a slow disperse with the water it clearly states only hand towels will be supplied I will let the cleaner know it needs a good spring clean as it is always cleaned before guests arrive and guests dont have to buy passes it says in the description that you need passes Property Owner

My children already want to book for next year! The host was fantastic at communication and arranging our passes

"The lodge was very clean and well presented, we had all that we needed and a few ..."
The lodge was very clean and well presented, we had all that we needed and a few bits more, the down side would be no cushions for the outside chairs which are very uncomfortable, and not to do with the lodge, but the fishing there now is very poor, we have been coming to Jemima for over 10 years and seen a massive decline in caught fish numbers
hi James thanks for your review if you have been coming to the lodge for 10 years then you should know that the cushions for the outside chairs are in the box at the side of the TV.the lake is always stocked with fish probably not your day Property Owner

"Amazing little log cabin on a lake, with a hot tub to boot."
Would definitely visit again
-
"This was our second visit to Jemima Lodge and it will not be our last."
What a place. It is the best furnished lodge on Duck Lake. It has THE real log cabin feeling and was just the break we needed. Thanks again Michelle

"Really enjoyed our stay hot tub lovely, nice view, well kept surroundings."
With regards to cleanliness most okay apart from en-suite shower a little blocked with hair on arrival, door from living room to hallway would not stay shut and unfortunately a lacy thong left in drawers of en-suite bedroom and some underwear left in bedroom with double bed none of which was ours and some subway rubbish left under one of beds, also don’t think hanging magnetic knife storage on wall very safe as one knife dropped off whilst I was getting another. Just minor things as our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely go again.
so sorry you found items of clothing as it is normally spotless for guests and I have brought it up with the cleaning company and knives will be moved Property Owner

"This was the first time we have stayed at Tattershall Lakes."
We couldn't believe how big the site is. Even Duck Lake is bigger than we imagined but, even so, we felt very private. Despite the weather, it was lovely to sit outside , watch the ducks and geese and see the Typhoons flying overhead. The lodge was lovely and warm and provided everything we needed for a week's stay. My only comment would be that some instructions for appliances would be useful. We only discovered the covered switch for the outside lights on the last evening. Plus, nearly all the markings on the oven have worn off so, if you intend to cook you'll need to bring an oven thermometer. All in all, we had a lovely week. We took my 96 year old mother in law to the Kinema In the Woods (which is only 10 mins away in Woodhall Spa) to see Westlife at the Royal Albert Hall and she loved it!

"What a fabulous week we have had at Jemima Lodge, with our family, little dog and new little grandson."
The Halloween decorations when we arrived were a lovely touch and got plenty of giggles out of our little one. We found the lodge comfortable, well equipped, and a home from home, and will definitely look forward to coming and staying again in the future. The hot tub was clean and well maintained and perfectly positioned to look out over duck lake, and the privacy at the back of the lodge made us use this area more than we may have done had it been elsewhere on the site. It has been an absolutely perfect week, a chilled family getaway, and time to recharge. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lodge with us this week.
many thanks for your lovely review, and you left the cabin immaculate Property Owner

"Was a beautiful place to stay, will definitely return"
-
"Very pleasant lodge no issues…."
Although out of your control but a little disclaimer about the noise from the airbase close by would be helpful. Also bushes surrounding the fishing peg needs trimming back very difficult to cast a line without getting the line caught in the bushes each time. Also a mention of the close proximity of the geese would be helpful as this is a dog friendly lodge and they could cause issues with a dog. Once again nothing against the lodge, or owner as was a very pleasant stay but a couple of prior warnings would have helped. Thank you for the stay was a lovely lodge and met the owner who was very nice as well.

"Fabulous lodge, right on the lake with own private fishing platform."
Hot tub also an added bonus. Well stocked kitchen with all sorts of utensils. I would suggested a visitors guide on how to use cooker, dishwasher etc also to include recommendations on good places to visit and pubs, cafes which are worth going to. We would recommend wayside cafe in tattershall, definitely worth a visit. Also take a trip to Woodhall spa, fabulous quaint village with a butchers and a bakers filled with goodies.
-
"Really enjoyed our stay Loved that the owners have ramps available for use!"
We will definitely return to this lodge again! I would make a suggestion that maybe a good idea to have a clothes maiden, as we had bad rain and couldn’t dry our clothes on the line, but that’s just a suggestion

"We left early as the water was turned of, also the outside area needed a good clean, couldn't sit out and eat, and the sink in the toilet was loose, needs looking at."
Won't be back.
sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay, your wife did call me about the water and I called the park and they were having a problem with the water supply but it was back on within an hour which I explained to your wife and she was happy with that, outside are was jet washed before you arrived, sink is OK,but I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at the lodge Property Owner

"We had the most amazing time at Jamima Lodge."
Everything was perfect. The quality of the furniture was outstanding with comfort being the top priority. The one thing that really did shine through was how clean everything was. I really can’t fault anything it was just what we all needed. The communication from the owners was first class and nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful retreat if you want rest and relaxation. We will definitely be booking again.
