  • "A spacious, comfortable and well appointed apartment in a quiet residential road."

There are no parking restrictions outside the property and it’s on the right side of the small town to drive to Old Hunstanton and Brancaster beaches, as well as other places like Wells. It’s also an easy walk to the seafront and the town shops and cafes. The stairs into the apartment aren’t as steep as shown in the picture on the website, this had originally put us off booking the property ! However we would definitely rebook if we wanted another stay in the area.

Sandie Many thanks for your comments we all hope you had a lovely stay and would love to welcome you back anytime. Thank you for sending time to comment. we do greatly appreciate it. regards Lesley Property Owner

  • "The property was well presented and adequately equipped, a hair dryer would have been useful addition."

As we were aware there was no access to a garden , but green spaces and the beach were within easy walking distance. It is a an easy walk into the centre of Hunstanton and it's many eating places .

Many thanks for spending time to provide feedback. we currently do not provide a hairdryer this comment has been raises a couple of time. Unfortunately we have had several go a stray so we felt that it was best not to leave one and state on the website that one was not provided. I will look into reconsidering this for the future, kind regards Property Owner

  • "A lack of hot water and heating for a couple of days was fortunately fixed and I was happy to communicate directly with the owner who quickly got a heating engineer on site to resolve it."

The apartment is in a good location near the sea front and a short walk to the town centre, and is quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Cooking and cleaning facilities were more then adequate although the kitchen is remote from the dining area. Unrestricted parking was available on the street outside and mostly was able to park close to the property. Only having a dead lock with one key for the entrance door was a problem as, when going out one morning for a walk whilst some of the party were still asleep, if I locked the door they were then locked in. Overall though we would be happy to stay there again

Peter thanks for your time in providing feedback. apologies for only having one key . we are in the process of cutting an additional one to help with this. many thanks for your cooperation with the heating issues, it was greatly appreciated. many thanks for your booking. Property Owner

  • "Enjoyed 10 nights here and found it comfortable and well equipped."

Everything was clean, plenty of crockery & cutlery so we could make good use of the dishwasher. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops - a couple of small supermarkets nearby so easy to stock up on necessities. Plenty of eating places from tasty fish & chips to restaurants. Weather was chilly but had a few lovely sunny days so enjoyed good walks along the promenade. An excellent winter holiday.

  • "The accommodation was beautiful and clean in a great location."

Getting in was really easy and it was very child friendly with gates, toys and books. The standard of the equipment such as cot, high chairs etc where really good. The only thing i could see for improvement would be the kitchen utensils as most people stay in the summer they would probably eat out but as we were there for Christmas we struggled with the knives and could do we a few extras such a jugs and baking trays. Our stay was great and we have no issues at all.

Becky Many Thanks for your feedback , and your lovely comments. I send my apologies about the lack of kitchen equipment. You are right not many cook in the kitchen but I will take on your comments and make sure there is the utensils that is needed for more of a winter stay. Many Thanks for choosing the Northgate Loft. • "This apartment is ideally placed, just one road back from the sea front and a short walk into town."

Its comfortable ,spacious and well equipped. Parking was readily available right outside the door. It could do with a spruce up in places, but overall was in good condition. Always plenty of hot water available. It would have been a bonus to have a TV in the loft room as there is an Ariel point there, also a full length mirror. Some table mats would of been helpful.

  • "I’m sure that we’ve all had our disappointments when renting places that were not complementary to the pictures you saw."

On this occasion I was not concerned about the appearance of the cottage because the pictures did a pretty good job of describing the cottage. However, when we got to the cottage we were overwhelmed with how nice and clean the place was. We were a family of six, just wanting to get away for a while after my father‘s passing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already planning our next trips to your wonderful cottage.
