"The property was dirty, there were stains on the mattress and the towels."
The bathroom and hallway all smelt of urine. Very limited in terms of kitchen items - hair scissors instead of food safe ones etc. Internet non existent and the pictures on the listing are not of the property which also goes by a different name on arrival. We left after one night.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to read about your experience and sincerely apologise that the property did not meet the high standards we aim to provide. Cleanliness is something we take extremely seriously, and the concerns you have raised are very disappointing to hear. This is certainly not reflective of our usual standards, and we have addressed these matters with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a thorough review has taken place and immediate improvements have been made. We are also sorry for any confusion regarding the property name and listing photos. We understand how frustrating this must have been and are currently reviewing the online information to ensure it is clear, accurate, and representative of the guest experience. It is particularly concerning to hear that you felt the need to leave after one night, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to resolve these issues for you during your stay.
