The property

A popular, semi-detached cottage in the heart of the coastal town of Rhos-on-Sea, just a third of a mile from the beach and promenade on the beautiful North Wales coast.

Well-equipped and decorated with coastal charm and style to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this delightful holiday cottage is located at the bottom of a small cul-de-sac, just a 5 minute stroll from the town centre and sandy beach, making it ideal for a family seaside holiday.

With a traditional room layout, the open plan living area offers a welcoming place to sit and relax and double doors lead through into the dining area and out through patio doors into the enclosed rear garden, where you can sit and relax into the evening.

The kitchen has been cleverly built through an archway to provide a large food preparation area and beech block breakfast counter for your guests to gather round and keep you company whilst you lay out some snacks and nibbles and keep their drinks topped up.

Upstairs the three bedrooms have been styled with a king-size master bedroom, a twin bedroom offering zip/link beds that can be joined to make a super king-size bed, and a triple bunk room comprising a 4ft double bed below and a single on top.

The bathroom is modern and stylish with a large P-shaped bath benefiting from a shower above it to suit all requirements.

Outside there is an enclosed patio where you can enjoy your breakfast before heading off to spend a day at the beach.

Off road parking means you can park up and not worry about driving until it’s time to leave as there is so much to do in the area, from donkey rides on the sandy beach to miles of coastal walks and bike rides.

A perfect base for a memorable family holiday by the sea.

Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), 1 x triple bunk (4ft double below, single above). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
