“We had a lovely week at Erwenni, but we were disappointed that a lot of the crockery was chipped & we didn’t have 5 matching wine glasses!”

This may sound trivial to you but to us as a family we feel it’s important!

This may sound trivial to you but to us as a family we feel it’s important! We also found cobwebs were everywhere especially in the kitchen! The front porch didn’t lock & that’s where we wanted to store our bikes, luckily the kitchen was big enough for us to put them in there! But the house was warm, the beds were comfortable & we all enjoyed the hot tub!

The property

This welcoming, neutrally decorated cottage sits in the centre of Nefyn on North Wales' Llyn Peninsula, just 320 metres from the beach.

Boasting a warming interior and with idyllic countryside and coastline at your doorstep, this is a year-round retreat, perfect for family and friends to come together.

Retro Parquet flooring runs throughout the ground floor, bringing a welcoming feeling.

The sitting room adds to this as the comfortable leather sofas are accompanied by an alluring open fire.

Through to the well-equipped kitchen/diner, where a woodburning stove sits to keep you warm whilst rustling up those hearty winter meals.

Also on the ground floor lies a lovely bathroom, as well as a convenient double bedroom; yet another fire rests in this room to give it a total year-round appeal.

Head upstairs to discover Erwenni's further three bedrooms, one of two king-size rooms displays wonderful sea views whilst the twin room is perfect for children.

Completing the interior stylishly is an all-white family shower room.

This North Wales cottage is perfect no matter what time of year; its spacious garden is equally as impressive as its welcoming interior.

The patio hosts plenty of furniture to sit out on, as well as a chiminea and a luxury hot tub, should you want to relax in luxury as the sun goes down.

A lengthy lawn leads you to a covered veranda at the bottom of the garden, home to more seating and table football to keep you and the kids busy.

This ideal holiday home usefully rests in between Nefyn's charming town centre and its idyllic sandy beach, meaning you don't have to travel far to enjoy a fun-packed holiday with your loved ones.

Should you wish to travel, the popular seaside resorts of Abersoch and Pwllheli are close by and are well worth the trip as they offer plenty to see and do in the form of seaside entertainment.
