"Well equipped clean lodges that really do give you the feeling that you're in the forest."
All staff are superb and gave a great customer experience.
-
"Great location and the cabin suited our family get together really well."
I would have scored slightly higher but there was a question over mouldy coffee left in pot. No cheese grater, sieve or potato peeler and all the knives were blunt.
-
"The peace and tranquility of the woodland setting"
-
"Very clean, well maintained and spacious cabin."
Loved the layout over 2 storeys. The location was the perfect retreat for 2 families and the dogs and located close enough to Warhammer World for my son
-
"Excellent service."
We had to hire an electric bed so my mum could come with us for a family holiday, when my son arranged and phoned to confirm it was no trouble at all. When we arrived the bed had been delivered and set up and the two single beds had been stored away. The staff asked if we had settled in and if we needed anything else. So helpful and it helped us to have a wonderful family holiday making memories with my mum x

It had the wow factor! Surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Hot tub stayed warm. Just a great get away.

"Lovely accommodation , peaceful setting and good staff service"
-
"The apartments were quite a lot luxurious than we expected."
From the space and design to the quality of the furniture. Despite there being 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children), there was plenty of space and the hot tub was very popular. Whole place actually relaxed us from our usual high stress jobs and the kids loved it.
